Police Simulator is a fully released, refined product: some of the finest that Steam has to offer, in fact.

Jokes aside, within the glitchy and unpolished presentation of Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, there are actually some very cool ideas and mechanics. I struggle to think of another game that shows you the more monotonous side of policing like this game does. Whereas other games such as SWAT 3 and 4 put you in the shoes of an elite entry team leader, and games such as Battlefield Hardline (the campaign at least) show you a more refined, action-packed experience, Police simulator is not afraid to instead put you out on parking violation duty. However, this novelty does not excuse the absolute state that this game is in, especially considering that Police Simulator is now freshly out of early access.
