In all honest everything but the panel is what makes the price of the monitor so could be better to start measuring the weight of both monitors as a starting point.
The panel might be hard tech stuff but is just a thin plastic coding with some other materials on top, light weight and once you star mass production probably cost cents compare to all others parts including internal circuit boards inside.
This channel is underrated. The quality of your videos is outstanding and informative.
I love the background music. It gives off a really chill vibe and together with your voice its almost like listening to an audio book.
Why MSI has green tint?!
ОтветитьVery detailed review as usual!
What do you recommend from the following monitors for gaming and also content: Alienware AW2723DF, Benq EX2710Q, CoolerMaster GP27-FQS, LG UltraGear 27GP850-B, MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD.
Thanks!
ОтветитьYou pay for the brand's name! Asus is Top tier brand for gaming monitors while MSI is new in this market. Reputation is everything!
ОтветитьGreat Job.
ОтветитьThat's some interesting content as well! I always was wondering exactly that question.
ОтветитьGreat confirmation that exra $ doen not always equal better quality - doing the research tells the story as you have shown. Great video - thx. Subscribed after seeing a few of yours today.
ОтветитьBest quality content.. appreciate it!
Ответитьi appreciate the lot of letters for your money joke, good one :D
ОтветитьBoth sucks quite alot, they are grey as hell. Maybe its caused by too low contrast. They are all super expensive and all suck. I'm now searching for new panel for homeoffice work and games and movies. Still trying to decide between IPS and VA. I want Curved. 34'' 21:9 & 1440p.
I found;
VA with contrast 4000:1 and 300nits but no HDR, than (34" MSI Optix MAG342CQR)
IPS with contrast 3000:1 with HDR and 400 nits (34'' iiyama G-Master GB3466WQSU-B1)
Which will have better image quality ?
I’ve bought the Mai g274 instead of g273. So you think because it’s newer what I’ve bought it’s better or I could save money and buy the older one?
ОтветитьTwas ever thus. Product, design, quality materials, extra features, next gen. The Msi is all in the panel, the Acer has added features and design. It's up to you what you want or need. I just got an Omen, because it was cheap and The design works for my sitting room, whereas the MSI... doesn't. It also has some cool features I want to play with. As far as I can see the screens are nearly the same. I don't usually go for design, but my monitor takes a big file in my living room.
I meant on my two options, not the vid, where the Acer looks better imo
your accent is so ugly i couldn't understand a word without subs
ОтветитьI'd say MSI isn't good and is not worth it due to the flickering flashing dead pixel problems that aren't fixable and if you do they're always temp fixes.
ОтветитьYour voice is pretty boring, nice video I left a like 😅
ОтветитьToo bad the video comparison is marred by the failure to show each monitor at the same viewing angle. This means colors and sharpness and contrast are different from one to the other, voiding any meaningful comparison. We can assess each only by seeing each one at exactly the same angle, best directly in front of the monitor - using different angles for each voids the comparison. Just my take. JT
ОтветитьThe MSI has a noticeable green hue to it. The whites aren't as white as the Predator. Reflections are much better on the Acer Predator. The "honey" looked better on the MSI.
ОтветитьThanks. I was considering my next monitor and now I don't see the case in expending all that extra cash
ОтветитьNice videos. You earned a sub!
ОтветитьCan you please provide the best cheap monitor (27, 29,32,43 inch esp. 32'') for Multi-Screen TRADING & Charting. vIEWING DISTANCE 4-5 FT/m. How will Smart TV perform if used for this purpose . Thanks
ОтветитьSave your time, everyone, and watch an actual knowledgeable monitor review channel with real measurements and comparisons, instead of drawn out anecdote on a small sample size.
Techless is a pretty accurate channel name. Because this guy doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about...
Money digging brands be like: "Damn this UFO maaaan!"
ОтветитьI recently bought the G274QPF at Costco for 220 bucks which is an insane steal for a gaming monitor! 1440p resolution, 170hz refresh rate, Wide Color Gamete, Rapid IPS panel, 27 inch which is the sweet spot screen size for my desk setup and has more connection ports ! And was very satisfied as my early Christmas present!
ОтветитьDoes one of them has burn-in after half an hour?..
ОтветитьThis is the video I was looking for. Subbed!
ОтветитьI have this MSI monitor just curved and it comes with an ajustable stand just wonderful value.
ОтветитьJust a regular 'brand engineering' and 'OEM magic' - might well turn up the boards and the panels are the same, with slightly different firmware. Happens in all walks of life, technology in particular. For example, I remember back in the late 80s there was a lens I wanted, made by Tamron, who also made the same thing as OEM for Leica (with Leica's logo & mounting). The Tamron 'as Tamron' (with Canon FD mounting) was c.a. £250, whilst the Leica branded one - £420. I was so happy I needed the Canon flavour! 🙂
ОтветитьWhat camera are you using? It's buttery smooth
Ответитьthe monitor on the left has richer colors
ОтветитьNot worth $150, I could buy 10 cartons of eggs for that
Ответитьthe one msi monitor im thinking buying is MSI G273CQ is it worth it 170 hz and 1440 p. now i have 60 hz samsung monitor
ОтветитьYou are the "Project farm" of monitors
ОтветитьThere is One question remain to be answered : How do both compare on the durability / lifespan department. Which one will get dead pixels? Which one will become defective before the other?
ОтветитьI wonder why the left monitor (cheap MSI ) looked way "greener" while the other had more soothing colors, is it just the perspective ??
ОтветитьI got asus tuf gaming vg27A is it good monitor it has scenery mode the colors are do rich vibrant 1440p gsync only HDR is not bright enough everything else is fine is that good monitor i got it for 450$
Ответитьsubscribed bro
Ответитьmsi always quality like razer
Ответитьwhy do you like ai
ОтветитьAre the cheaper Acer monitors good?
ОтветитьNice job!!! There should be more content like this!
ОтветитьWhen he talked about the ambient light thing in the expensive one.. I didn't even know that monitors have something like that💀
ОтветитьMSI always cheat on prices and use those cheat strategy to gain market. Thanks for your strategy MSI, now the market is flood with bad monitors. AND on the market users are also stupid enough that only ask for price.
ОтветитьMust say, nice gameplay on the review videos!
Ответитьyou look ai generated
