That's total bull crap, Jordan Love & the Packers wouldn't have even of been in that playoff game if there wasn't a rainstorm. Everybody wants to already anoint him just because Aaron Rodgers came right after Favre. But let be real, he's only had half of a season were he was good. He could just as easily regress as progress. Same with Purdy last year. I didn't give him elite status until after the full great season he had last year. We consistency before we anoint him an elite franchise quarterback. I totally believe that if Purdy didn't have trouble throwing the ball in the rain, my Niners would have dominated that game. I can't wait till the rematch this season.

And Phil disagreed and said that signing a QB from another team doesn’t give you any insight, then told a story about how they still gave up 44 points. You still got all the intel from that QB though. Just because you can’t capitalize on it doesn’t mean you didn’t get helpful info from him.

Chris is the biggest asshole in football/podcasting. I love Phil though.
