Former KGB General Oleg Kalugin, now a U.S. citizen, is a wealth of knowledge regarding Putin, the Cold War, and Russian spycraft. While shooting the film “Shadows of Sofia,” I was incredibly honored to reconnect with former CIA officer Robert Steele (RIP), who introduced me to General Oleg Kalugin. In this 11-minute video, Oleg takes us on a brief tour of the Washington D.C. Spy Museum, which has built exhibits in his honor.
