ОтветитьGreeting from Indonesia, love your video.
ОтветитьWelcome to my state. Leave some fish for me 😂
ОтветитьBeautiful place! Awesome Content! The older i get the more i want to fish.
Ответитьwhoooo Larry!
ОтветитьWelcome to one of Birminghams best kept secrets.
Ответитьthat was great
ОтветитьThat fog or mist coming off the water always reminds me of trout fishing in Missouri 4 or 5:00 in the morning. Just waiting for the whistle to blow memories. I'll never be able to forget. Thank you, John!
ОтветитьExcellent video. Really enjoyed it. Beautiful scenery. Peaceful and calm. Looked like a great time!
ОтветитьKeep bringing the word brother. That river and its beauty is His creation, sovereignty, and majesty. Keep setting a hook for me a praising Him❤️
ОтветитьAwesome video. Ironically, i cross the Cahaba twice on work days and have been an avid kayak fisherman for over a decade, but have never fished it.
ОтветитьI've had several 100+ bass days on the Cahaba. Throw in all manner of bream and you can get over 200 fish in a day. The most productive time to fish it, believe it or not, is in the low water conditions during the dog days of summer, after 3 days of 95° and no rain. For sheer numbers, the Roostertail is king; ¹/¹⁶ or ⅛oz gray minnow or black. A hurricane craw or Florida five-O colored Gambler BB Cricket on a ⅛oz Spider Slider head is hard to beat anytime on the Cahaba. Also, a #9 smelt colored Rapala floating minnow and a ¼oz black buzzbait is worth an honorable mention. Unfortunately, the sores have become a common occurrence on Cahaba's fish. It's due to all the development; the residential, commercial, and industrial waste is taking it's toll. I thank God that I got to fish it as far back as the 70's. It's still beautiful. Good video.
ОтветитьI liked watching your videos , not other people's videos on your channel so I unsubscribed.
ОтветитьAwesome day on the river
ОтветитьWhich section of the Chaba is that?
ОтветитьWhat a great day of fishing! Can’t get any better than the combo of beautiful weather, water, and good fishing.
ОтветитьDid you put in/take out in the same place or did you have someone do the shuttle run downstream? Always ask to learn more about fishing from a yak!
ОтветитьVery nicely done as usual. Beautiful setting great fish good work John!
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьI'm a bit ashamed that I've lived in AL my whole life and never fished the Cahaba. Great day y'all had John,....thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьI really really love your channel man! Always enjoy watching your videos!
ОтветитьTwo of my favorite fishermen....glad you guys collaborated.
ОтветитьLove these videos. What color yum helgermites do you recommend and how do you rig them.
ОтветитьHung out with Larry one night during the classic, he’s cool and funny guy! Cool to see both of y’all hitting a beautiful Alabama River! Tight lines to both of y’all!
ОтветитьWhere did ya'll put in at? I don't live far from the Cahaba.
ОтветитьWith all those holes in the ground the dude with the camera shouldn't be looking into the camera while climbing it.
ОтветитьLARRY BABY!!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. You helped inspire me to kayak fish. I'm hoping to get out and explore more rivers here in PA. Thanks again!!!
ОтветитьNothing to complain about on this trip.
Some great quality fish, beautiful drone footage, and an exciting float.
Definitely a day that the Lord made for you to enjoy what you love doing.
If you ever get back down this way, make a trip to Horseshoe bend military park. You can put in there and take out at Jaybird boat landing. It’s about a 6-8 our trip. You can catch a ton of fish. Really nice spots and Tallapoosa bass. My cousin and I are going this Saturday. I ordered some of the hellgrammites you use!! I have to try them out. Usually do damage on ned rigs, small chatterbaits and pop-r’s. Wish I had a GoPro and knew how to download stuff! I’d shoot you some videos!
ОтветитьSuch a Great video. So proud you are showing my home State and home areas beauty. Certain areas of the Cahaba have red eyes. I haven’t been to this area before really need to go. 👍
ОтветитьGood one.
ОтветитьWhere did you put in at? Looking to fish the cahaba I'm the next couple of weeks
ОтветитьLooks like piper in Bibb county down the road from me. What color yum was you using?
ОтветитьNice river. Looks like a fun trip. I found your channel a few weeks ago when I knew I was moving to Cohutta. I've been enjoying your videos and am exited to hit some of the creeks and rivers within range for me.
ОтветитьBeautiful scenery, great fishing and company. Can’t beat it!
ОтветитьThat's what she said (can I touch it?)
ОтветитьWhere is this
ОтветитьI don’t understand why you change lures after catching a big fish. Why change colors after catching a 3lb spot like that?
ОтветитьWhat a great Day Out on the water was some great fish well done.
ОтветитьCome down to the caba river at Trussville Alabama there are like 5 pounders in some spots
ОтветитьGreat video guys enjoyed it
ОтветитьAlabama the Beautiful ! Glad you had fun
ОтветитьWhat bait or lure are you using?
ОтветитьWatching your videos keeps me sane during another Pittsburgh winter. Would you mind sharing what rod and reel you are using with the hellgrammites?
ОтветитьDude this is sick! Thank you for coming down & come back anytime! Learned a lot from you kicking my teeth in on the river 😂
