Ответитьalr I did the first 30 mins but I had a big ass meal less than an hour ago and I feel so heavy ( Ik I should've wait 2 hrs at least but I didnt want to) I think I could do more in a normal day :3

ОтветитьI just want to Thank Jeanette for this kick butt workout! My wife and I have probably done this workout 100+ times since we found it during covid. We no longer go to the gym, instead we hike and do home workouts to videos such as this one. We always switch it up but this is our favorite. Obrigado from Portugal!

ОтветитьI want to know what exercise program she had on her fitbit because on mine I only burn 300-400 calories for the full hour, even after doing all the advanced/high impact workouts right along with her. I wish i was burning 687 calories!

ОтветитьJeanette's workouts are my morning coffee, it wakes me up better than any coffee. All i meed is my 1lit bottle of water and a good towel because you gonna sweat! It's been 8yrs since I started her workouts and am still going. She is a beast!

After their workout, we feel our muscles do sore besides strong . But we dont have to move more, right??? But burn more calories.. though i don't count the calories.
I burned 680 cals she is incredible! Iv woke up with sore arms and legs but id definitely go back to it when im healed. When i run for an hr i dont burn that much
