Something i hope we get at some point is the strong tridents bedrock has on java. If impaling did increased damage to mobs touching water and in rain like in bedrock, i'd actually go out of my way to try and aquire one

Ive been watching slicedlime since 2-3 years, this guy is epic

im bummed reconnect glitching has been patched. that and string duping has been some of my favorite minecraft jankiness. if the nether roof, falling block duping, tnt duping and all the general (java edition) redstone jank get patched as well then im gonna be rlly dissapointed. like i get it, stability and all, but like to me minecraft's jankiness has been a core part of what i consider its identity and what constantly brings me back to the game. i love finding all these silly little stupid exploits, my main time playing the game is often always spent experimenting with all the mechanics in the game and trying to put them together in creative ways. quasi connectivity is another example, or getting god armor in pre 1.14.3 versions or repeatedly zombifying and curing villagers to make all trades cost 1 emerald. like this silly jankiness brings me the same amount of joy as the mew glitch or the missingno glitch or going through walls or abitrary code execution in pokemon red and blue. it may be unbalenced or whatever but it adds so much charm and identity and fun and removing it makes everything feel a lot more flat and boring and alot less memorable. without jank theres less for me to explore and experiment and tinker and have fun with. i love the glitchiness and jankiness of minecraft!! without that incredibly fun aspect i would never have actively enjoyed this game for 10+ years!!

Maybe also a function to enable / disable first person or third person.

Would be very nice to have control over that. Maybe you could also switch to isomorphic camera :).
