This is a very biased list, tho I respect ur opinions. Character designs to one piece is respectable since aot is a realistic show with little room for creativity, but giving one piece villains isn't even arguable since even tho do flamingo is a good villain, he will never reach the heights experienced when we first saw the beast titan and his every appearance which would leave us shaking. Not only that one piece has shitty pacing, I have watched it, and it's not good. To the point where certain arcs became unbearable to watch. I believe all arcs before timeskip were very good, even tho they cant compare to attack on titan's complex and insane plot. Also aot's foreshadowing is the best in all of anime, even ost's foreshadow
