Looks great. Would be even better if we didn't have to watch another doco of this type in the future and stop the genocidal ethno-state of Israel before it's too late (or is it too late already?????"

And yet we are told time and time again to get over our history and move on!! Our history should never be forgotten just like another race of people. I am looking forward to seeing this. Thank you for documenting and capturing the horrible and horrific system called Apartheid.

Fun Fact: A majority of South African White people till this day (especially the adults and more senior people) complain about how things have changed for the worst and remember their good old days, whilst expecting the Non-white people to agree with them or risk being called corrupt or stupid.
Fun Fact: There is a minority of South African Non-white people that actually agree with the Apartheid sympathizers because their families benefitted in this era as subservient Non-whites.
Fun Theory: Apartheid in South Africa was never a period between 1948 to 1994 but it was a period where Racist White people created a Race Based System that would empower their people forever in South Africa and if any politician tries to change the system they are labelled as a threat to national security and the constitution

How many slaves, subservient, "we shall overcome" movies does Hollywood need to make!? I thought it was just an Oprah fetish to showcase black people in a lesser light but no it's seems Hollywood love it too. Funny because the movies don't make money so what is the real intent in these!? Can a young black girl find a magic bean and grow a beanstalk or something else rather than these types of movies. Thank you.

I have seen this documentary in IDSFFK-2024 (International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala) in July 2024. This was the opening film. Very heart-touching and informative about the horrors of apartheid in South Africa . Portrayed the life and struggle of native black people. Ernest Cole, the unsung hero not only a photojournalist or an artist but also a liberator of black people. Raoul peck, salute to your efforts..❤❤❤❤❤

As a privileged white person, I am constantly appalled at how one particular political party is demanding for history books to be re-written when stories of America seen from the views of native Americans and blacks (and probably many other cultures) are denied and banned. Children are the future. It's taken me 70 years to truly understand how my culture imposed horrendous laws and policies infringing on the rights, freedoms, and opportunities of all other cultures. I agree with the woman who posted that we just can't "move on". Not without truth and reconciliation.

Best film on this subject. It broke my heart how much the whites hated us I cried watched this. I’m a black man in France and I want to take revenge for all my ancestors. I study fashion and I wanna be like Pharrell Williams designing for black people and make them look the sharpest people on this planet earth. That’s my duty, God gave me this gift and I have to show it the entire world.

I saw this documentary when it was showing here in Houston about two weeks ago. If you go see this film you are in for a cinematic masterpiece! Trust me when I say that. I am a photography/videographer and when I tell you this have reiterated so many ions in my body and brain. I would be lying if I told you otherwise. Great film = Must watch. And if you are a photography or even a videographer by profession - GO SEE THIS FILM. You will understand why when you see it. And lastly if you just care about the truth and how one person can make an impact = GO SEE THIS FILM
