MIT Campus ,Pune

As it is educational hub, It suppose to be peaceful and NO honking zone.We Indians have been habitual of giving horn unnecessary. Campus looks nice, but exactly which location in Pune? I emailed to MIT principal on some enquirers and least bothered. I don't know why they mention email ID on website
