This is remarkably simple to explain to even someone as deluded as Sarah. A drunk driver may have every intention of driving home safely to sleep off the 15 whiskey shots they enjoyed at the local bar. The drunk driver has every intention of getting home safely and avoiding the cops. But, due to their intoxication, they drive their car into a nursery, ruining the lives of 15 families. The injuries and death at the nursery were unintentional. The drunk driver didn't mean to k*ll anyone...that doesn't mean the drunk driver walks away without being arrested and facing charges. Unintentional actions are not non-issues. Sarah murd*red that man. Every jury will convict her in record time.

MO her expression when cops showed her the video from her own cellphone said to me that she got blackout drunk and was slowly comprehending or remembered things. This case is all about that. At the least she left him there and passed out drunk. At the worst there has been information passed around that she dragged the suitcase up the stairs and kicked it downstairs. Then slept or passed out drunk until the next afternoon.
