Sab projects ka yahi haal hai, irrespective of the brand. Govt. has completely failed on such front. I personally have dealt with Awas-Vikas Ghaziabad people, and they talk utter nonsense when questioned.

This appears like a small project, not a highrise- but looking at the status of the project and condition of the site - it is clearly evident that things have already gone south!

Luckily saw this video yesterday and cancelled my initial payment. I am out of this now. Thank you

Guys, i am allottee for Signature Global City 37 D. The Builder has charged heavy penalty on late payment for the unit without any visibility of the project completion. The date of possession was in 2023, however even today the project is incomplete without basic access road , amenities & only raw flat is available. The Builder has sent possession letter only to fool the allottee as the project has no sign of completion for further one year. After paying 100% of the unit, the builder is blackmailing to cancel the unit.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Facing similar issue in Park 2&3 Sohna sector 36. They have got the OC and demanding 100% for 70% completion + maintenance and utility charges for a year. Bank has denied to disbursed the complete payment in the past due to construction not at par with the demand timelines. Now they have charged penalty to the flat owners for no reasons. While I have informed the SG team via email and verbal communication. Till date there is NO respite from the builder.

Signature Global seems to be a famous builder then why this breach of trust ?
