Important Vannamelon update

I’m late to the channel and most videos and I don’t know him emotionally but seeing his art style I can tell he was a good person may he rest in peace.

Hi, Vanna.
I don't know if you remember me, in fact I HIGHLY doubt you would, but we were actually part of the same gaming server for a little while back in 2020, I think. With Muz, Krazy, Voy, Bee, etc. I don't think we got to hang out very much but I remember Krazy had nothing but good things to say about you whenever we spoke about you. I don't really talk to them much anymore as our paths have taken us different directions in life, but anyway, I don't think you and I ever had a proper chance to get acquainted outside of a greeting when you first joined the gaming server.

Admittedly, I knew who you were when you joined the gaming discord because of Nick Dante and his work on Group 5. I discovered Group 5 when I was around fourteen, I think, not the best age to discover something like that with the jokes that it had, but it happened. Obviously, being fourteen and in my "being edgy is cool" era, I thought it was fairly amusing. When he decided to stop working on the series, I didn't understand why he'd made the choice until a few years later when I'd grown out of that style of humour. His work on Group 5 gave me an introduction to his animation style. So when he started working with you and making animations for you, I instantly recognized it.

There were a lot of animations I watched from your channel that were made by him. Two of my personal favourites being the Monika's DDLC theme song and the Animal Crossing Isabelle video. It was inspiring the amount of work and effort he put into all of his animations. When I heard through the grape vine that he'd intended to reboot Group 5, I was completely over the moon. I'd seen it very briefly passed on my Twitter dashboard and I couldn't wait to see the new and improved show. Throughout the years, I've never once forgotten about Nick. The animations he made, whether that be for you or for his own channel, have always lived passively in my mind. I can't catch a Sea Bass in Animal Crossing without immediately thinking to the video you all worked on together, for example.

He had a tremendous impact on my life from the perspective of a fan. I cannot express how utterly devastated I am to hear this news. I really hope you're taking the time you need to heal and process through this traumatic time. From the absolute bottom of my heart, I wish for nothing but absolute healing and comfort for you. No matter what happens, please take care of yourself and lean on the people around you for support. You have my deepest and most sincere condolences. Once again, please take care of yourself and try to be as kind to yourself throughout this time as you possibly can.

To be truthful, I have not been back to this channel since the beginning of this year, since what had happened.

The death of important ones is such a lacerate state in our lives. And the saddest thing that when you share memories with them, they become a memory. RIP Nick Dante, may your spirit rest well. And Vannamelon... You have my condolences. As someone who saw lot of deaths of beloved ones through out 19 years. And even worked in morgue when i was 18 years old, now i'm 19 years old. But still... no matter how it's hard to accept reality, we still need to move on. Wish you a good mental recovery, and same for Nick's family. We are with you... Peace
