Is that jus a all purpose cleaner your using for alcantera steering wheel and seat centers? I was thinking of jus using warm damp microfiber cloth to clean mine if that works?

Where did you get your carbon knob from?

I just got a new dump truck. Lots of plastic and glass. Got a gray rubber floor mat. Door to door. I use Tire shine on it
With a knuckle brush and wipe up with a
Terry cloth towel. It's got a paddle shift on the column automatic so no gear shifter boot in the floor. It's a used truck and after it's first cleaning theirs dirt inside the gauge cluster..

Hey! Cool video! Quick one - for "framless" doors - like on the Nismo / 4 series / mini etc etc..how can you prevent the rubber seal from drying out - some soaps seem to dry these out!

Not gonna lie, I mostly clicked on this video to listen to CCG's pitch for Raid Shadow Legends.

Wonderful video this dude should get paid to speak. I wonder if an air freshener like a pine tree is ever used. I use one from time to time on my daily driver, a very basic Impreza with 120km that I just love and keep clean.

I use a tack cloth after tge vacuming. Before products.
Alcantara is a pet hate of mine and i will avoid buying car with it on seats steering wheels and arm areas.
Sorry i do not see tge attractions of the product. Real suede/nubuck is ok but a real pain to maintain.
Leather is still the best English wool blend cloth next then that real 70s/80s lux crushed velour.

My shift boot might be the part that gets the most dirty in my vehicle. It's not my floor mats. Because I always sit first, then before putting my feet inside, I kick my shoes together so that the debris that are under them fall off. It helps a lot, there's never a lot of debris on the floor mats and carpet. It seems that you too do that.

After watching this Mr. Guru, you inspired me sir. I just did a complete interior clean to my own 370z although I did a bit more. Even broke out the George extractor and steamer to do a really deep cleaning. My car is 6 years old and it still looks brand new. Of course it's not driven a lot, it's my "toy". Thanks for posting sir. I enjoy all your videos. I've really learned a lot from you and your postings have honed my detailing skills a lot.

I dont like to touch alcantara with the vacuum I usually put my finger under the head to avoid scratching it. Also after washing I go over the surface w a horsehair brush, on the wheel I use a ultrasoft childrens toothbrush to make the fine alcantara strands stand up again. :)

Those Kirkland towels are cheap and handy. Just do breakup a little though. I just use them for general cleans like doors and dash.

I keep my car the same. People hate me but my car is always in showroom condition. No eating, no drinking and no fun in my car.

Regular car maintenance is essential...I had a Merc with 158 000km on when I sold it. Interior looked brand new.

Current vehicle has 30 000km on the clock and the interior is cleaner than a car in the show room...and so is the outside.
