Um excuse what kind of tablet and sketching app do you use??
ОтветитьOk sorry i always do struggle with this tho, how do you go from having lineart to having almost a painterly looking linework, it looks almost as if there arent any lines. I've been trying to understand for a while and have been struggling with it myself a lot 😓
ОтветитьI wish there was a way to save shorts so I could reference them later.
Ответитьbro looks like red from angry birds
ОтветитьWhat program do you enjoy more when creating Digital Artwork?
ОтветитьWait wait wait.....there is one more step
STEP 0 - OWN AN I PAD WITH SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CANVAS APP$$$
Step one.. buy a tablet
Step two. Get pen
Step three learn how to draw
The complementing shadow and highlights was really helpful- thank you!
Ответитьsubscribes
ОтветитьMe: Having a messy lineart and liking it that way
~You: Step one, clean lineart~
...
😶
Do you have a video that goes into step 4 in more detail? Kind of didn’t understand what am supposed to do
ОтветитьI think I’ll stick to my process, but this is interesting
ОтветитьI’m so used to traditional art I will never get used to using layers properly
ОтветитьThank you! I need the detailed uses like multiply, screen etc
My notes:
1. Sketch
2. Clean lines (fix that's wrong with your sketch)
3. Flat colors (add layers)
4. Local Colors (add gradients)
5. Shadow (light direction,use multiply)
6. Highlight ( put in middle and do screen mode, and use complementary colors- opposite)
7. Over paint (new layers to make your portrait really pop)
what brush/tool is used for step 4?
ОтветитьThis good tips are actually really rare. Lots of useful information in a short time. Thanks :)
ОтветитьI do digital art and there is so much more than just telling people how to do shadowing etc. You actually have to learn how to use the app (I use Procreate), the different settings and brushes for different effects, etc. You showed us only the surface of what to do. Would like to see your tutorials a little more in depth on how to use the digital art app settings/brushes as well.
ОтветитьThanks, I just started digital art and this helped🙃👏
ОтветитьHonestly am burning up in my Heart, you are awesome. What's the best cheap pre-owned digital tablet and stylus pen can I use. Am a beginner and am using a Wacom CTE-430 (Sapphire) on Adobd Photoshop
ОтветитьI had better tutorial:
Step 1: Learn to draw
Step 2: Draw
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
When you can't even sketch properly-💀
ОтветитьI've never thought of dividing the hair like that, but it makes so much sense!
ОтветитьMe who can’t even make the base layer: 👁️👄👁️
ОтветитьP O R P U R L
ОтветитьThis is what I am looking for
Ответитьi think you can skip the clean lineart bit and still come around with good sketches.
Ответитьwhat app do you use?
ОтветитьWhat brush did you use for the local coloring?
ОтветитьThat mf has a big ass forehead, but I ain't here to judge.
ОтветитьWait what, you use multiply for your lighting? You don't just go in there choosing your own shadow color?? But. Color theory????
Ответить1. Sketch
2. Lines
3. Flat colors
4. Local color
5. Shadow
6. Highlight
7. Overpaints
Name of app?
ОтветитьMe, 5 seconds after finishing the video: hey, maybe I can do this!
me, 4 hrs later, still trying to get the head shape right: confused artist noises
How do you work in with the shadows
Ответитьいつも混乱しちゃってたから、簡単なステップに分けてくれるのめっちゃありがたいです
Ответитьwhat type of drawing tablet is this??
Ответить❤v❤
ОтветитьAll this is simple on paper, but In practice.....
ОтветитьYou’re the first person who has finally talked about complementary colors of light and shadow!! It always seems to be ignored or overlooked by self-taught artists and all over the internet. Instant follow, you know your stuff man.
ОтветитьWhat program are u using to draw?
ОтветитьI usually use the symmetry tool to draw because I draw my characters facing the front with their full face showing, so it makes it easier for me. Recently I've been trying to do shading with different shades instead of just black. Would shading look weird for characters that are just facing straight forward, or is there a certain position you would recommend for shading? Recently I've been trying to do shading with different shades instead of just black, so are there any shading colors you would recommend? Greetings from Spain ❤
ОтветитьYou really are an amazing artist!👍✨
Ответитьim gonna like this video
open my inner artist again
Which brushes do you use?
ОтветитьSo freakin good!🔥
ОтветитьThank you for actually making it CLEAR and not doing that thing where the tutorial skips from flat colours to finished rendering in 1 step
ОтветитьYou made it look so easy😭
ОтветитьI really love your artstyle, i hope ill be able to continue like this in the future ❤
Ответить1. Sketch
2. Clean lines
3. Flat colors
4. Local colors
5. Shadow
6. Highlights
7. Overpaint
Is it just me or did his camera just glitch?
