Arthur Maia! Já consagrado! Agraciado com muito talento dado por Deus.
ОтветитьYou are the boss.thanks si much.
ОтветитьBrazil is the capitol of cringe bass.
ОтветитьEle vai pirar se ver o Heitor Gomes tocando Smells Like Teen Spirit em um baixo de oito cordas...
ОтветитьHi Scott.. You forget The amazing luizao maia
ОтветитьI’ve seen Pipoquinha live once. It seems like the bass is an extension of his body and he’s just communicating with other people. Amazing skills.
ОтветитьOnly if CB moves there 😁
ОтветитьWho summoned us brazilians?
ОтветитьObrigado por lembrar dos musicos brasileiros...
ОтветитьI blame Tim Maia. He was huge in Brazil in the 70s after spending some time learning the ins and outs of soul in the US. He mixed it up with Brazilian sensibilities and featured bass heavily. His nephew, Ed Motta, puts bass even more front and center in his music and was also a big name in Brazilian music. Both Tim and Ed's work was seminal for pretty much all Brazilian music that came afterwards.
ОтветитьMost of this is gibberish with no melodic content. It’s like ordering a hamburger and getting one with the best bun, the best lettuce and veggies, the best cheese, the best sauce… but they forgot the meat.
ОтветитьTake a look at 1970's brazilian soul music and mpb(popular brazilian music), I guess you'll see what inspires these talents. Thanks for this vdeo.
ОтветитьNão tem como não pirar com o Braguinha, o cara é o groove em pessoa
ОтветитьHey, we have enough problems here. Bass! Why?
ОтветитьKkkkkk faltou o Celso Pixinga ae
ОтветитьI understand exactly nothing about bass, but my friend will explode when see this!
ОтветитьWhere is the "Junior Grovador"? Is missing "The Grovador".

1- Robson Tavares (estava fazendo a lista vc falou desse.)
2- Ney Conceicao
3- Ted Furtado
4- Chico Wilcox
5- Rubem Farias
6- Arismar do Espírito Santo (pai do Thiago)
Brazil has great musicians but makes ao much shit music!
ОтветитьMan, you do miss Arismar! Thiago´s father. A legend. A wizard. Many years ago, I went to a Yamandu concert and I was really impressed with Thiago.
ОтветитьCheck out jazz bassist Dudu Lima!
ОтветитьAnother great bass player is Ney Conceição.
ОтветитьBrazil is the capital of bass since the 70’s 😛
Ответитьis missing the Felipe Andreoli
ОтветитьThanks for this video. Congrats from Bahia Brazil. Check i out other great bassists with this exceptional luthier: Jacimario from Mlaghus; Many great bassists made his intruments with him.

Ответить😮❤😮🎉 love you, man! Fernando Petry os very hard bass player too
ОтветитьSempre foi.
Always has been.
Brazil has the best musician in the entire world, believe me.
ОтветитьBRASIL <3
ОтветитьSiiiiiim
ОтветитьGreat video. As brazilian, this video cause me goosebumps. Seeing an american talking about brazilians bassist like this, it's incredible.. Thank you. Make my day.
ОтветитьVAI BRASIL!!!!!
ОтветитьGreat. Now I wanna buy a bass... 😂😂
ОтветитьHere in Brazil we have a lot of high talented an UNKNOWN musicians. Tv radio and apps playlists dont show the rich instrumental music scene, that fits jazz fusion with samba and bossa nova.
ОтветитьYes.
ОтветитьFor France - A great french bass player : Jérémie Coke of Electro Deluxe band.
ОтветитьI heard live Victor Bailey , Rixhard Bona, and all Zawinul bass players except Jaco but this brazilians are amazing ! Musical country , Brazil!
ОтветитьAll good, except - "new BASS CAPITAL".
It has always been so...
