Lexus=Toyota #1
Acura=Honda #2
There is no #3. Many brands could fill that slot. Respectfully!!
That Infiniti , qx50 with the 3.7 v6 engine has a 7 speed automatic transmission, not a cvt (mentioned around @32)
ОтветитьThoughts on 2017 qx80 reliability?
ОтветитьThe 2014 Infinity QX60 Hybrid CVT takes 12 quarts Everywhere says 4.9 or 10, it takes 12! What a mess...
ОтветитьEnjoying my MP is500 ❤ built in JP
ОтветитьWhere does Mazda fit this?
ОтветитьCome on … this isn’t really a question… we all know the answer
ОтветитьLove the Lexus but they’re all women driven, at least, the SUV’s.
ОтветитьWhen you touched on the q50, the 2015 model was the final year for the NA 3.7. 2016-current is 3L TT v6
ОтветитьInfiniti used to make very decent cars. I leased probably 7-8 because the leases were incredibly cheap. The 6 engine was great. Rear wheel drive or bias on the AWD. Then they went to lousy 4’s, CVT (yuck) and steering by wire…no feel. You could not give me an Infiniti now. Life is too short to drive shitty cars.
ОтветитьYeah I went with a 2017 Acura TLX because the Lexus IS its direct competitor was too small. When it comes to driving dynamics the IS 350 is one of those rare Lexus that I'd probably get over an Acura if it wasn't for the size. Most Lexus are too soft. Acuras tend to be more sporty
ОтветитьInfiniti all day long!
ОтветитьInfiniti/Nissan quality has been going down a lot, especially when Renault is partners with Nissan since 2000. By 2012, the jatco CVT is easily one of the worst transmission ever.
Want a reliable luxury brand, avoid Infiniti/Nissian, you're welcome. Unless you want an infinite amount of problems, I just had to put the pun in there.
Look forward to the day when Lexus ditch that hideous grill
ОтветитьLexus = Most Reliable but sacrifices performance for reliance
Acura = Not as reliable as Lexus but sacrifices a bit of reliability for the performance factor
I myself went for a 2024 Acura TLX Type S and IT ROCKS. Test drove the iS350 and it was nice but I enjoyed the TLX Type S drive ability more.
Infiniti has regular Transmissions! the V8 and V6 are great engines!! soon to find out about the 4cylinder!!
ОтветитьHONDA all day you keep the rest, I drove them all.
ОтветитьAcura V6 engines run on timing belts. All there current 4 cylinders run on a timing chain. The 2.0 liter k20 C6 turbo with a 10 speed automatic transmission is very reliable and runs with a timing chain.
ОтветитьInfiniti has the lowest Customer Satisfaction score by far. Does anyone have any insight why?
ОтветитьNot only Lexus is best of the 3 on this list, it’s pretty much best of the list comparing to European manufacturers for reliability for everyday used. It’s not really legal to drive that fast anyway lol so what’s the point put yourself in an unsafe situation?
ОтветитьIt’s not so much the Japanese brands so much, it’s which ones are actually built in Japan. If the Vin starts with a J, you’re OK!
ОтветитьNissan and Honda are my favorite brands. Will always choose one of them over a toyota or lexus.
Ответитьjust got back from a 15 hour trip on my QX60 2016, incredible ride ,no hick ups, I highly recommend
ОтветитьThanks for your information. Watching makes me queezy since you hold the camera and move so much. Thanks, but I can't.
ОтветитьAcura!!!!
ОтветитьI have an acura rdx 2013 with 250t miles and still running strong..
ОтветитьLexus and Infiniti 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮☠️
Ответитьes 300h dont have turbo engine . its just simple inline 4 cyclinder i have 2024 model
Ответитьux 250h not turbo bro….. its just inline four clyinder and its just amazing car.. love it
ОтветитьDoes lexus still make none turbo hybrid engines?
ОтветитьI bought my first LS400 when it first came out. Traded it in 03 for an ES300, and just traded it 2 weeks ago for a 25 NX350H. That's 3 vehicles in 35 years, with only minor issues. I get wanting to look cool with a new ride every 5 or 6 years, but for me, its about having no payments, and driving them into the ground. Problem is, they never make it to the ground. I keep trading them. My neighbor bought a jeep cherokee 2019 trailhawk elite. It now needs a motor replacement. I don't know what they put in the cool aid at Toyota, but hopefully they stick to the same formula for years to come. More expensive, but they just keep going.
ОтветитьI have a 2020 rx350. Na v6 with 8 speed auto and i couldn't be happier. The v6 is great balnace of fuel efficiency and power ready on your feet. The new rx350 looks cheap and unrefined.
Tbh, if you are worried about fuel efficiency, you probably shouldn't be driving a luxury suv.
They all are reliable, Lexus is number one, Acura number 2. My Acura tlx got 250, 000 thousands miles with no majors problem.
ОтветитьI am amazed at the amount of interest you guys place in the purchase of a car,. Who CARES about their lights geegaws on the outside. A car is transport from point "A" to point "B". You concern yourself with its mechanical condition, & how reliable that vehicle is in the long run. My personal opinion is that any of the late model vehicles are costly to purchase & to repair. My pick up is a 27 year old Dodge Ram 4X4 3/4 ton diesel, & my daily drive is a 21 year old Buick Park Ave. with the series two 3800 engine. I am 84, do my own repairs & I have no intention of driving anything newer.
You know & I know that late model cars are meant to be junked , not rebuilt. Parts are often inoperable out of the box. When I bought my Dodge diesel new in 97, it was $45,000 CDN. I thought that I was in my dotage when I bought it, but it has proven to be the most trouble free truck that I have ever owned & it has well over one million miles on it. Both my vehicles will likely do me for as long as I am likely to be driving, thank God. I love your "channel".
I would have to go with Lexus. I currently own a 2022 Acura MDX Type S Advance. In my two years of ownership, I had to bring it back to the dealership several times for build quality issues. Lexus, for the most part, is still made in Japan and the quality shows.
ОтветитьAt the beginning I thought you here biased towards Toyota, but then I understood you were telling the truth. Nissan got a great V6 engine but the ruined it by mating it to a CVT. And Honda keep insisting with that powerful V6 with timing rubber band, it’s frustrating
ОтветитьI just bought a Lexus es 350 f sport and I am in love!!
Ответить2014 Mdx here with 140K Miles. Zero repairs. Did the regular maintenance. Maintenance cost affordable at Acura dealership, positive surprise. Rides like on day 1. Very happy.
ОтветитьI want all of them. Easy
ОтветитьIn Australia we only get Lexuses and lnfities and it not often l see any Infities but l see a lot of Lexuses and the Lexus is the most reliable car brand in Australia and Toyota is just behind and if l was going to buy a luxury car it would be Lexus
ОтветитьYyy
ОтветитьLexus!!
ОтветитьACURA ❤ otra fragancia
ОтветитьMy 2020 Infiniti QX80 has been extremely reliable
ОтветитьThanks for the info
ОтветитьIf u value your money greatly, then lexus. I had a bmw i8 what a beautiful nightmare.
ОтветитьIt’s a no-brainer Lexus all the way ☝️
ОтветитьThis is a great video very detailed. I feel very informed.
ОтветитьVQ37>
ОтветитьI know many would disagree with me here but I like Acura and Infiniti better than Lexus. Love the design and driving dynamics better than what you would get in a Lexus.
