Couldn’t agree more about mayonnaise being gross. Also, favorite cheese is Parmigiano Reggiano. I’ve eaten a larger chunk in one sitting than I’ll admit in polite company. I know it’s typically a finishing touch, but it also can’t be beaten by itself. 😂

She didn't actually swallow any of that food. So for people thinking cheat meals like this even once in a while is ok should watch more serious fitness influencers. Please do not engage in a dirty cheat meal like this ever especially on a diet because it can ruin a whole week of consistent deficits and even cause you to keep craving the "dirty" foods. I know she says she doesn't do this much or at all but telling people she's "not worried" is probably not true if she actually did eat all this food.
