i don’t think he’s s tier, because his stun is only 2 seconds which is not enough for a balloon save. his kiting is pretty good though and makes him unchaseable

I don't think he'll be s tier, but seems to be a tier- i see people saying he'll replace forward, and i gotta say,, i disagree lol- while the items are similar, forward's football is quicker, stuns depending on distance, ect- meanwhile clown's item stuns for shorter, moves survivors, and is slower- while they look similar at first glance, they have 2 sorta different playstyles, and forward would beat the rocket anyday

I dont think so, in the surv presentation video they say he gains a dash at a cost of decreaead agility, i think they are referring that he is not going to be able to do sharp turns like forward, i can be wrong but thats what i understood from that video

But, if they let us manipulate the turn sensibility, he is going to be good like a forward for newbies, bc he is a bit slower and easier to play

Your so wrong. He’s so weak. C tier at most. His stuns are a quarter long of a lucky guy flare gun and he goes as fast as being underground with a shovel

His stun potential is somewhat weaker, however his harassment and support is still very powerful

His support can be better than Forward but he’s faaar from being even as powerful as Forward

He can be a replacement for forward but he’s still a little weak. His much slower than forward and you can’t control him like forward. (He’s slower than no trident Naiad) Plus there’s a slight delay until weeping clown actually dashes so u can’t dash to dodge a hit.

Based on what we've seen he's gonna be a solid b teir but as far as I've seen he looks fairly weak. His stuns going to be basically useless and using his rocket after a rescue would be fairly hard to pull off

Personally I think he’ll be good on release but after a while I think people will get used to him, personally I wouldn’t bring excitement against him since a 2 second stun isn’t much, but I’d bring it against forward since he can do several 2 second stuns more frequently and can get a 10 second stun. In addition I feel like due to his slower speed compared to forward he’ll be less of a pain to chase compared to forward. I think clown will be -A or even B if he gets a nerf.

His rocket dash is too slow to really be meta

I seriously hate Weeping clown, cus hes just an dieting not buff ugly cheap chinese copy of Smiley Face. Also his ability could be a bit annoying. But overall his ugly

He’s not. His Balloon Rescue isn’t even worth it. You should never even Balloon Rescue with him unless the ciphers almost primed as it’s a literal free presence feeder. The stun is 2 seconds. Forwards stuns are way longer and he gets them back way quicker. His Rocket Dash is only 10 seconds and has a 20s CD. Forward’s ball lasts up until 20s and a 5s CD. I don’t see how he’s any where near as good as Forward?

He will be A tier at max potential he doesn't have the game breaking capabilities that other survivors have

I dont think weeping clown is s tier. hes most likely A or a high B tier at best. because as of rn, his abilities last for a short while, and even compared to smiley face, he is slower, while on the contrary, forward is faster and more agile whilst weeping is not

In terms of kiting a support, Clown's pretty good. However, his cooldown for his rocket is also a lot longer than Forward's football cooldown, and Clown only has 3 rockets whereas a Forward can kinda portion out how to use his football. Clown's harass is a lot weaker as a result :" so I wouldn't dare call him S tier just yet, maybe a high A tier for now until we see more of how he's used in gameplay

Definitely not, forward can reach stuns of like 10 seconds it feels like, clown’s is only two.

Forward has more control, compared to clown’s slow turning speed.

forward can INSTANTLY dash insane distances which means he can dodge, clown, on the other hand, has a starting animation.

Forward has faster vaulting speed, clown doesn’t.

Forward has a quicker cool down.

this isn’t to say clown is bad, but he definitely isn’t a replacement for forward. Clown is his own character. The rocket can help you transition for kiting, however, he can carry a survivor with him which means he’ll be able to help targeted survs get to kiting areas while being with them still to body block (compared to most survs who focus on stunning the hunter). I’m curious to see how good he is though, sometimes abilities work different in action than on paper 😗

In my opinion Joker is not the same with forward,as a player who played forward and now main joker,i think joker is better on the part of kiting
Sure forward can drop and vault pallets faster but with joker u can transition very good,with forward the ball goes extremely fast and if you would want to stun too then u can say bye bye to epik balloon rescues or assisting your teammates
Edit:If they would make joker to not lose the rocket when wax artist froze u,a statue hit you, black guard bell etc. then he would be absolutely a meta kiter

I don’t agree with this statement of his being potentially S Tier, sure he mechanically shares similar things to forward but what makes forward so great is, his extreme speed when using football, his turn rate with the football, his passive trait of vaulting and throwing pallets faster, and having no start up animation to his ball. Where as Weeping Clown is significantly slower than Forward when in his rocket, has no traits to help him naked kite, his rocket having a start up animation, and his turn rate of the rocket being super slow, some hunters you need to bob n weave, and that’s something weeping clown can’t do as effective as Forward. So despite weeping clown being similar to forward, he’ll be nowhere near S tier. Weeping Clown isn’t a bad survivor, but he’s also not S tier material.
