Thank you Gino. Your videos brought back many memories when I was 18 and spent the summer in Italy with my grandfather. That was 43 years ago! Your video reminded me as though it was yesterday. I was blessed to take this trip with my grandfather. I've been to many of the places you showcased. The italians know how enjoy life. It is really simple, family, food and a passion for the simple things. Their incredible SIMPLE cooking is the envy of the rest of us. You are a testament to this. I remember two eating pleasures I had in Italy. The first was driving for 1/2 hour into the country for SIMPLE wood fired pizza, which was delicious. Second, a SIMPLE sandwich with the best ingredients, in a small cafe in Rome with my grandfather. La Dolce Vita. Grazie.

Gino, my daughter took me to the Highway #1 to Point Reyes in northern California coast in August 2023 and she bought a Buffalo icecream cone for my granddaughter … the creamiest icecream Ive ever seen. I did not know cream and cheese was harvested from buffaloes. Likewise in Italia. Molto bene. 👏

My uncle used to go to Amalfi for a business trip and he brought us lemon candy as a souvenir. And those candies were the best lemon candy I have ever had
