Im trying to break in the commercial landscaping industry I'm having a hard time with the paper work what can I do to better understand it. s there classes to learn how to do this?

I just started business in the heavy equipment industry. I do dirt work, land clearing, site development, etc. do you have courses or programs to help with doing bids for that?

This just covers the basics and is ok for small projects but useless for a major project where things keep changing and your price is 15% too high and you are being forced to take all of the risk. That's what happens in the UK and the Americans and Japanese couldn't cope so disappeared back to their homelands.
