The first time I heard of alpha plus psker Was actually in a star wars vs warhammer series And that's serious actually got me Into warhammer

I think it's a plot hole in the books where Eisenhorn states he can't smile, but it mentions numerous times that he smiles. Like if he can't smile then don't have him smile.

To my knowledge big E i only 1 level above the kid and the only stable psyker of that power to ever exist the rest die under their own power

There might even be a handful or so psykers of that power level or above in rhe galaxy. People who learned to control their powers and roam free. Stuff for some interesting stories.

And yet most the fanbase trash talk about psykers and will absolutely never listen.

The really powerful ones often go off the rails.

Alpha Psychers are a constant reoccurrence on Hive Worlds due to simply big numbers and populace. 300 billion. The possibilities with such are just intriguing!

First, the psyker in question wasn't really a child, he just disguised himself as one.
Second, "Alpha plus" isn't a well-defined grade, it just means "more powerful than an Alpha". It could be "slightly more powerful" or "vastly more powerful", but the idea is that the standard scale doesn't apply anymore.
