ОтветитьQuestion. I am using ICD 10CM 2025 edition, my code book looks slightly different than the video. Slightly different codes. Is this correct?
ОтветитьCan you please do a video about icd & CPT codes used together in a case, I know how to code individual examples but not sure how it all comes together
ОтветитьThank you so much!!
ОтветитьWonderful voice and detailed learning. Thank you so much for this video ❤
ОтветитьThese videos are so good!! The coding portion of my medical billing and coding program is rushed because seminar is only 1 hour. These videos provide the IN DEPTH explanations I need!!
ОтветитьHi question,
Re: Bubblegum Phobia
why is it not F40.298 (5th character is 9)?
Thank you!
I enjoyed this teaching so much; The break time is OUTSTANDING lol. But I thought about myself to soon I got up earlier to make some Smoothie

Ответитьhere in 2025, a good visual lecture to understand ICD-10-CM along with Buck's textbook. Thank you for such a valuable video!
Ответить2025. I'm in my first semester of Medical Coding at my local community college. We haven't even gotten to this portion of the learning yet but should be starting it this coming fall semester. I came across this channel a few weeks go and started watching it to see what I should expect for next semester and I'm hooked! I even bought my books early so I could follow along! Even though I have no idea what I'm doing and haven't learned about this yet, I want to try and get a heads-up on the learning portion of the ICD-10-CM so I wont feel so lost. I have to say, you are the best teacher I've ever watched! Thank you so much! I feel like I won't be a hopeless case in the upcoming semester.
ОтветитьMs. Jay is breaking it down!!! I certified with a non-instructor led course several years ago. I did not get this level of explanation! Wow! How I have survived this far I will never know!
ОтветитьWell Explained. Thank you.
ОтветитьThis is by far THE BEST run down of ICD 10 book i have come across! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!! year 2025 - February
ОтветитьThis is quite OUTSTANDING. Great. I almost gave up until I came across these videos of yours. Thanks a lot....OUTSTANDING.
ОтветитьThank you so much! You’re voice and explanations are so uplifting and make me believe in myself. You have a gift teach!❤
ОтветитьI've been taken medical billing and coding through Penn Foster and was totally lost on some areas of coding. I started watching these videos, and I must tell you that they have been an enormous help. Sometimes, I have to be shown by an instructor what to do to wrap my head around things. Thank you so much for putting these resources out there.
ОтветитьM.J you are the best teacher. I am doing online courses for coding and billing and after watching part 1 my quiz scores jumped an average of 12 points. Thank you!!
ОтветитьOMG, you saved my life with your videos! I was on the urge of giving up until I ran across your content. I was so frustrated and confused because I'm taking self study online courses through AAPC. I work at a hospital and looking to get promoted within from a CNA to a CPC! Thanks so much!
ОтветитьWow.. You are a great teacher! I am thinking about switching into a coding career. I have a medical records background. Your enthusiasm definitely makes me feel confident that I should do this! Thank you for your time and dedication Ms. Jay!
ОтветитьClear explanation mam 👌
ОтветитьI pray you’ll make part 4 please ❤ we all need you.
ОтветитьThis helped a lot thank you!
ОтветитьSo, CPC is AAPCs Credential for outpatient coding?
Ответитьyou are amazing!!
ОтветитьMs j do u teach a medical billing codeing class or a medical assist class if u do what can I look on for your classes if u do
ОтветитьFor anyone coming across this channel in 2024, the information and teaching techniques are still relevant. I had actually skipped over these videos earlier in the year when I started my courses, but now they're done and I'm lost, I've been digging into anything I can find. Thank you so much for these videos!
Ответитьha ha cute and chronic. just remember always we go by alphabetic index Acute or a first and then chronic or c. unless it is two different disease then it is primary disease first and secondary after.
Ответитьdiabetic neuropathy// is unspecified for type1 or 2, it can be E11.40 or E10.40 be careful and reach out for clarification.
ОтветитьQUESTION: Would F40.298 also apply, (9 is the 5th character and 8 is the 6th character), which also states "Other Specified Phobia" ? I am in training and just wanting to clarify if this could be coded in more than one way correctly. Thank you!
Ответитьi enjoy all your teaching and your videos
ОтветитьYou’re helping me so much 😢
ОтветитьMa’am you are truly doing the lords work with your courses. I’m understanding everything clear as day. Thank you SO much.
ОтветитьHuge respect....greatest professr
ОтветитьI wish my coding academy taught coding this way. 😭 I always have to go here next after our lessons.
Ответитьi need cpc full course video please
ОтветитьI took a course, but I gained more valuable insights from you than from the course itself! Thank you immensely!
ОтветитьCan you do CCS right away without the CPC?
ОтветитьIs your ICD-10-cm coding book from Optum?
