30 Seconds with The Aurora Knife and Tool Modified Truffle

A knife we haven't seen a ton of, but when we do, it certainly catches our attention. The Truffle from Aurora Knife and Tool is unique in it's function and design as the oversized pivot screw doubles as a button lock mechanism for the blade - deemed the 'Roundhouse Lock' - it functions great and definitely puts this knife it's own category. This piece came in for one of our Advanced Creative Freedom packages with the theme request of "Steampunk mixed with Plague Doctor". After a little designing, this piece was layered and anodized with exactly that. A shipwrecked teal base color with framed decals on the flats of either side of the scales. Matte bronze hardware, clip, and pivot collar bring it all together. Don't sleep on this piece! A great knife for the collection with another round rumored to be coming soon!
