Put on the outer space documentaries
ОтветитьWhen surrounded by reefers, pull in the space headfirst. Zzzzzz!
ОтветитьBlow up doll?
ОтветитьGreat points another point I would mention is have a good sleep schedule go to bed at a certain time and wake up at a certain time if you can and avoid staying on the phone and texting or going to the casino and it's time to go to bed go to bed
ОтветитьDepending on your body and your needs, many don't have to buy a whole mattress. For me, I nice thick topper is sufficient enough
ОтветитьJust sleep at home, there's no money living in a truck nowadays.
ОтветитьEarplugs
Earplugs
Earplugs!!!!!
Hey Dean. eh!!!
ОтветитьNumber 5 is wrong. Never block any noise even when you are so tired and pull over just for a Power Nap..this can save your life.
ОтветитьGet out trucking & sleep in your own bed. Because Trucking don't pay anymore.
Ответить#6 - Mute your ELD, phone and alarm clock.
ОтветитьI actually sleep with my curtains open and I don't block out any noise. It is incredibly important to maintain awareness when you're sleeping. The reefer next to you could catch on fire, or someone could mess with your equiptment. On that note, its important to be sober as well. If you gotta move for any reason its best to be able to.
ОтветитьNEVER sleep while in the drivers seat. The body develops a pattern when you do something often enough, so if you regularly take naps while behind the wheel, your body will start to recognize that as a place to sleep. Before long you will start to fall asleep while driving. The opposite goes for the bunk, dedicate the bed to only sleep and you will sleep much faster and easier when you lay down in the bunk. If you spend hours laying down watching tv or playing games, it will become harder to fall asleep because the bed will be an activity zone, not sleep zone.
ОтветитьPARK AWAY FROM THE FUCKING REFRIGERATED TRAILERS I DO NOT KNOW WHY BUT I PULL FLATBED AND EVERY TIME I'M PARKED ON THE VERY END AWAY FROM YOU FUCKERS YOU ALWAYS PARK RIGHT NEXT TO ME I GET UP AND LITERALLY MOVE TO THE OTHER END BECAUSE I'M TRYING TO GET SOME FUCKING SLEEP AND GUESS WHAT I KNOW THE ONE WILL PARK RIGHT BESIDE ME WHY DO YOU FUCKERS DO THAT WHEN THEY ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER FUCKING SPOTS OPEN?????
ОтветитьI feel honored to have been the 1k person to "like" this video.
ОтветитьI need the sound of diesel to fall asleep. I don't mind a reefer being nearby.
ОтветитьNice hoody
ОтветитьA beer will do the trick!
ОтветитьHey Dean thanks for all your good videos really appreciate your hard work
ОтветитьWhat does his hoodie mean?
ОтветитьI got that last one checked 8in straight pipes
ОтветитьI REALLY hope this company doesn't condone pulling onto the shoulder.. it's SO ILLEGAL & DANGEROUS!!
Your driver.
Other drivers having to go around..
Points on ur CDL.
Not to mention, you're BEGGING for a FREE Roadside inspection!
No ear plugs... just incase a emergency ... you need to hear things outside...
ОтветитьI sleep like a champ in The bunk, no wife or kids or baby screaming, plus the ac, idle. when i was a company guy it was always alittle harder but in my truck i brought hq matress blankets and pictures from home.
ОтветитьAPU is by far the most important
ОтветитьFor those who do local work, these kind of drivers they have better chances to have a rest ….why ? Because they know the roads , good spot where to take a nap. Not drivers doing long haul working with reefers….that’s a nightmare. Drivers doing long haul have to deal with a load of poop. The driver don’t know where is he gonna spend the ten hrs of rest. A good place where to find something to eat. Truck stops are the worst to find something to eat. There are three things that a driver needs to keep it going…..is food, diesel, and a shower.
ОтветитьDont sleep on the side of the road that shits illegal
ОтветитьI always hit the pedal hard when I'm next to a trucker on the on-ramp to an interstate. I got a loud diesel so I know they are waking up. Lmao
ОтветитьI highly recommend a Lull mattress. The best for your $ on the market
Ответить🤗💗
ОтветитьSleeping in a bunk feels like being back in the mothers womb. Nice & cozy feeling safe
ОтветитьBut if I follow your advice, will I also lose that teeth or not?
ОтветитьAs an owner operator I looked for obvious owner operators in the parking lot (with no reefers) I tried to park at the back and in between two owners. I shut my engine down and slept with ear plugs in.
Never had an issue.
love the hoodie
ОтветитьI like frigid cold nights. Hate having to sleep in Las Vegas in summer. I make sure i dont use ear plugs. Incase i get a weirdo messing with my truck or a thief
ОтветитьIt’s funny but I like when my ref is working
ОтветитьI am not a trucker
Never will be becoming one
I just love these cozy camp units
finally a real man trucker 🚚 not some goof
ОтветитьSending my love from Texas to the "small, fringe minority" up in Canada. Love that jacket!
ОтветитьWhen I used to do roofing before trucking I'd get off work after a long day in the sun completely drained and I would go home and turn my stereo up and lay right on the wooden floors in my room and just pass out for about an hour! 😂
ОтветитьBased hoodie👍🗿
ОтветитьThat Freightliner Mattress is like sleeping on a air mattress, No good.
ОтветитьI always slam back a tall boy that dose the trick for me
Ответить🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 I am also a member of the Fringe minority
ОтветитьThis is special education for “special people”
ОтветитьIf you’re worried about intruders, get a strap and strap the the doors together. No one is getting in 🤣 unless they break a window, and they just sealed their fate with a ticket to go see god.
Ответитьi love to sleep in a truck!
ОтветитьThis guy is the uncle you wish you had
ОтветитьThanks
Ответить❤
