You could also use Oat Flour, rather than making an Oat Meal.
I do like the addition of Dates you used here. Also, the Almonds
are a nice change up. I'm not a big fan of Walnuts. An alternative
Sweetener; Monk Fruit / Allulose blend.

I still really like those sweet cakes.
