This is the worst message to believe in. If you're rich, believe in whatever religion you choose. If you're poor, God doesn't love you and you will see your health get worse if you believe in God and remain poor. God blesses many. Look at the mansions and the pools and the wealthy happiness. God has chosen those who he wishes to bless. He will not take care of you well. Maybe you will find food or shelter but it's obvious wealth is gifted to God's favorite people and he doesn't love those who he has not blessed.

Thank you for this. Today I realized I was around $1100 short in my estimate of what I will owe on my tax return. Like you, I'm an independent contractor so this video was so close to my situation. I've been in poverty my whole life due to health struggles and I'm trying to grow my faith. I had a bit of a meltdown and some really dark thoughts but after your video I went into prayer and stayed in His presence for comfort. I don't know what will happen but I'm choosing faith instead of the dark thoughts of doom and gloom about my financial situation.

I've been working for 20 years, I never needed god for anything because my life is in reality not some abstract mental state where I have this illusion that god is really helping me. We bleed, we feed, its our lives that matter not your fictious deities.

This came up in a search for "God and job loss". Been with my company 27 years, from high school till now. Got let go for no reason other than lack of work. With bills pulling up. Scared to go to the mail box, scared to answer the phone, God I trust you with a fraction of faith Job had. I don't know what is next but You do. I trust you no matter what.
