Brian Eno on the purpose of art

That is a very good talk because you used common-base pictures like the haircuts, also you talked about history and you set this talk into a context of time referring to Darwin and the evolution of the species, you talked about form and multidimensionality and also you provided pictures from book covers that people would like to read later on. Hammering.

"I'm not going to talk about my work, and I'm not going to talk about me actually" ... why do we need to know this Brian .... you managed to talk for 45 mins and say what could have been said in 15 mns.... you beefed it up with plenty of talk about yourself and used plenty of your "Art work" . ... ... and ended up telling us ' art is everything we don't need to do'
Big wa -oh !! Would you say that children don't need to play ? ....

I could listen to Eno endlessly but this is sadly hampered by a dreadful audio hum
