Yesss!!! This December, I am focusing more on general flexibility, mobility, & stretching! This will be so perfect especially since I work from home and often just walk to my chair first thing in the morning.

hey kirra just started with body recomp and my my totally dead i am. i do it on alternating days. one day body recomp n the next day gwj . today was leg day n my legs are cryingggg but it was worth itt. as a beginner ur dumbell wokouts r perfectttttt. thank uuuu🥰🥰😇
