Plumes Overdrive: Worth It Or Overrated?

Hi Cliff! For my ears your clean tone is already muddy so the Plumes is gonna be like that... my favorite pedal now is JHS The Kilt V2, and stacks really well with the Plumes!

Is it me or the sound has a lot of bass ? Is this way the pedal ?
