OurTV.hk online is having a new English programme "Kaleidoscope". In this episode, the host Ms. Emily Lau will talk to Mr. Grenville Cross. They will discuss the Hong Kong Government's proposal to amend legislation to enable HKSAR to surrender suspects in criminal cases between Hong Kong and jurisdictions like Mainland China, Taiwan and Macau with which Hong Kong has no bilateral extradition agreement.
