can't you put your pop up under the awning that your sister and brother-in-law put up in that center clearing for get togethers? it would keep the rain off it and it would only be under it until you finished it.

there is the product called zepp you spray it on mold and mildew and it just eats it off....I got it a walmart...it really works...you can just spray the wood with mold on it and it will disappear.

but the good thing is when you need the gazebo all you have to do is pull it out .....

Use clorex in a spray bottle for the mold

People might think your crazy but nothing more satisfying than when you see the pop-up finished. Its knowing that the both of you worked on it together.

That's why you need a building to work in.

My Dad used to bring home rusted tools all the time. He put them in a coffee can and filled it with car oil and left the tools set in the oil a few days. Then just wiped them off with a shop rag. That’s just surface rust, they’ll clean up and look like new.
You’re going to have the best built pop up in any campsite ‼️plus it will be built just to your liking. You just need Dog man or someone to make you a custom built by CRC logo to put on the outside ‼️🙃

Stress from this build, which will be amazing when you are finished, is definitely a contributing factor with your blood pressure. Have you consider putting up one of those canvass portable garage structures over there? Relocate it to the front for your cars once the job is done. Oops... so that structure works too!

Please check the weight rating of your axle and tires. It seems like you plan on adding a lot more structure (weight) and that could make it unsafe to tow.

R u able to put some kind of insulation like maybe even foam board on the inside of the roof part? I feel like it should have been insulated but I don’t remember if it was or not, lol❤❤
