This is very helpful. I’m in the very very long journey of recovery from CPTSD, and it’s always been hard for me to trust my choice for treatment. Consequently I would get stuck in treatments that were not effective, and sometimes even harmful long after the first signs were in front of me.

I hope you plan to post more content soon. Thanks!

Well said. I like how you clearly explained this. I learn to take steps to my healing journey the way I see fit. Not what someone agency tell me. Thank you for this well made video EMDR ptsd mediation music

Thanks for taking the time to do this.
For 13 years, since saving 2 colleague's lives, I've been in and out of hospital, every medication and therapy... almost lost this battle.
However, we never ceased praying; asking the Lord Jesus to help me find a solution, and my wife and I almost simultaneously came across Stellate Ganglion Block injections.
About a week later, my pain specialist suggested it, SGB, so we ran with it. It has been absolutely life changing!
Every cPTSD & PTSD endurer should at least try it; as its hardly invasive, quite cheap, rather instantaneous and almost cancels out the PTSD.
I had in August 2022 and haven't had a nightmare or panic attack since. Not even around triggering situations. Sure, I do still feel panic coming, but I have time to choose now; how I respond. Whereas it the years prior i was ashamed of not being able to cope, for bursting into tears of my reactions etc... losing job after job. Furthermore, I no longer feel like I need to drink to survive. Please look up videos of Dr Lipov and the Stella Centre, and broadcast it.
