PISA is the OECD's Programme for International Student Assessment. Every three years it tests 15-year-old students from all over the world in reading, mathematics and science. This year another report will be announce.
In the previous 2017 report, Australia was ranked 39 out of 41 countries. The report discovered that ‘only 71.7 per cent of Australian 15-year-olds are achieving baseline standards in the three key areas of education’.
Have we shifted from 2017 to now?
