ОтветитьWhen you first introduced this technique - in your Breath Mastery class - I assumed it was to increase alertness. Unlike other relaxation breathing, I find this one clears the mind without "downshifting": it relaxes and energizes at the same time.

ОтветитьI'm a little late seeing this video—I found you after viewing WHM videos—but can I ask you a question? How is this different than the WHM breathing? It seems the same to me, aside from the fact that Wim says to fill up the belly, the chest and the head instead of just the belly/chest. The reason I ask is because you said to be careful not to do it too much, and Wim advocates doing several rounds of 30, every day. Can you clarify? I'm nervous to try Wim's now.
