FIRST OF ITS KIND LUXURY CONDOS AT OGLE GOING ON SALE FROM DECEMBER

Trican Developments Inc. is seeking to introduce a new type of housing solution to Guyana, that is, luxury condominiums. These condominiums and other facilities will be developed at Ogle, East Coast Demerara (ECD) near to several new projects including the new AC Marriott Hotel and the new Ogle to Eccles four-lane highway. And company representative, Sebastian Otway says pre-construction sales start on December 1.
