I can’t tell you how much I love this market. Chilseong night market is only in the winter and starts around 6pm til midnight. Nothing I love more than a market that celebrated food, food and more delicious food. We tried the torched makchang (chitterlings - pork intestine ) with garlic and muschrooms and the deep fried baby crabs. The makchang was smoky good and the crabs... wow! I wish I had gotten two because they are amazing and would have been a heavenly snack while I Netflix binged on Witcher. Lol. The crabs look scary and I was worried it would cut up my mouth but it was so good. The legs and shell had a similar crispness of a pita chip and the body was like a crunchy chicken nugget. Sooo good. I highly recommend checking it out cuz even though the beer was cheap and flowing, the whole festival had a great family feel and the live music and food shows were a great experience for the whole family.
