I think this needs to be said..
At the time of recording this video I was trying out 3 different Bipolar medications - Latuda, Rexulti & Abilify. The diagnosis was brand new for me & I wanted to make a video to help myself not feel so alone, and maybe provide some value to others who were going through the same thing.
ADHD, Bipolar, Autism - all of these symptoms overlap each other. There is no one specific case for everyone & everyone’s experience with these disorders are different.
Please do not watch this video & say “oh I guess I’m bipolar now” - that was not my intention. My intention was to express what I was feeling when I got the diagnosis & to see if other people may have been experiencing the same thing.
Yes, these could be symptoms, but it all depends on you and your life. I was at a place where these things were heavily affecting my everyday life to the point where I was not able to function. If that is not you, then you’re good! 😊
is um that bipolar? i’m like that… plz someone tell me otherwise
ОтветитьI might have bipolar
ОтветитьI was misdiagnosed with clinical depression and bipolar. as child I was prescribed abilify, trazadone, lexapro and that shit ruined me at the time made me not trust doctors. I had adhd this whole time and yes people really do need adderall to function properly, especially to societal norms.
ОтветитьSheesh🫠
ОтветитьI have all of these and I’m not bipolar.. I’m cooked-
ОтветитьManiek 😅😮
ОтветитьI dont think im bipolar bit i hav3 all these..
Ответитьits exhausting, and wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. i always describe it as, “imagine you’re in a crowd - an aggressive, excited, anxious, angry crowd. try to focus on one voice, one conversation in the middle of the chaos. you cant, theres just too much” 😮💨
Ответитьmaybe im bipolar 🙃
ОтветитьThis!!!!
ОтветитьLuvvvvv ittttttt❤❤❤❤❤😂
ОтветитьI act like this naturally yasssssss❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThank you so much for posting this. I am BP2, and this is one of the best collection of comments that I’ve seen. It even made me think the next time someone asks me what is it like to be BP2, I can go ‘watch this!’ And when they say ‘but I’m like that too?’ I can respond with ‘that’s great. Now times those thoughts and feelings … by 1000’. ❤
ОтветитьI was diagnosed a couple years ago, and I couldn't have explained it better...
ОтветитьWow..that's literally me.
ОтветитьJust diagnosed 2 months ago after 25 years of treatment for severe unipolar depression. I have EVERY ONE of these symptoms 😢 So glad I finally know what's going on now!! I'm not the failure I've often believed I am. ❤
ОтветитьMy hair is like yours. I think im bi polar
ОтветитьThis!!!
ОтветитьThe similarities to adhd is interesting.
ОтветитьThank You FINALLY Someone is brave enough to bring attention to having Bipolar
ОтветитьThis is true I have severe BPD. One of the misconception about having BPD is that we CAN control our emotions (the truth is, we can't.). When I am mad, whethere I like it or not, I am mad and not just mad like acting so snobby but mad like I say mean things that I didnt want to say to the point it would make my loved ones around me cry and some left me bcs of it.
ОтветитьI am bipolar too, and my mum has ADHD. She's always telling me I have ADHD because of these types of things, but I'm also starting to think it's not ADHD but just personality attributes that stem from my OCD and Bipolar. I'd rather just stick to 2 things anyway 😅
ОтветитьIn the past year I finally got diagnosed with bipolar 2. I feel better now I'm medicated for the first time in my life. Talk about living life on super hard mode not knowing wtf was wrong with me lmao
ОтветитьHelp me 🥺
ОтветитьOh great. Now I have bipolar says some random guy on the internet
ОтветитьI have bipolar 1 ADHD and Autism and hate myself really hard specially bipolar
ОтветитьI relate to all those bpd stuff. But i don't have it
ОтветитьTry to master them through therapies and day to day practices
I lost my sonto medications
He was only 33
Just be careful
Research thoroughly meds
This is me
ОтветитьI thought I could go off my meds. I was quite confident. But the last three months have been a spiral into out of control rock bottom freaking darkness for me. I just picked up my prescription prescriptions and I’m going to get back on track because I can’t handle living like this.
Ответитьdam so if all of these like every single one of them applies too me does that mean I should get checked for bipolar
ОтветитьIt does
Well done from a bipolar sis
The word bipolar is trendy nowadays. Like its cool to have it or be ' bipolar". People who really struggle know how hard it is. Its hell.
And I really don't video like these.
Artificial information.
As someone with bipolar, this is true.
ОтветитьI agree with many commenters that these are too vague to attributed to bipolar. Many mental health struggles are characterized by these traits
ОтветитьThe feeling other people's emotions and being highly empathetic are parts of being an empathy also. A lot of those are traits of someone who cares it's just the difference of how much it affects you. Having reactions shouldn't be being bi polar. If someone says something funny I'm going to laugh, if they say something mean I'll be upset. It's bi polar when you go through all those emotions with little to no reason for it. The people who cry and don't know why their crying type of thing. I feel like their trying to make empaths a disorder cause they want to make the masses less empathetic and more numb to what's right and having feelings.
ОтветитьThis is ridiculous and so vague dude
ОтветитьThank you Alec. I appreciate the hell out of this. Been struggling for years. Just now diagnosed in my mid 20s.
ОтветитьLeave it. I was searching for "Love is a disease." Who wants to marry me?
ОтветитьI can relate to every single one of them. The delusional and intrusive thoughts are the worst.
Ответитьthis sounds like me…should i do something about it?
ОтветитьThat last one hit like a bullet train honestly. But I understand, I may or may not have it. I do have other officially diagnosed mental illnesses, so it doesn’t mean I specifically have this one. You should consult with your doctors if you think so.
ОтветитьI was diagnosed with bi polar in my twenties and I am now 54 it does get better it is a journey. Lots of love❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьWoah this describes me a little too accurately
ОтветитьVague but relatable!
Diagnosed btw
Bipolar 1 or 2?
ОтветитьIs changing from "of couse" to "GO AWAY BRO" a symtom (it happens in like one second when its my BESTIE so, i lowkey feel like a bad friend because she just asks for like lencils or to borrow my mascara😭)
ОтветитьUh, no. Psychopaths use mental illness as an excuse to commit crime.
