I get an error when doing financial exchange, problems found in sending receipts, I cannot find anything wrong with my receipts and I do not want to mark the receipt as already sent as it is not

This has helped with constant neg. quantity issues but I'm having issues as well with purchase orders not closing, overwriting, or appearing after a sync. Any suggestions?

This tutorial is new to me. But I've encountered that problem several times and doing send/receive atleast 2 or 3x fixes the error for me.

Thanks for the video. I have been doing this for years now and finally gave up and started to remotely login to each computer and drag and drop the files and do the exchange myself for our five stores. We just upgraded to v18 and decided to give intuit file exchange another chance and still the same result. I feel that it's a caching issue that QB's has never resolved for ten plus years now. We are still using the intuit store exchange service at this time and having to delete all of the Stex history and do the send and receive three times, but it's happening about every ten days now, when we were controlling it ourselves it may of been a half a year without any cache issues(wrong inventory counts on remote stores). Do you know of any other options?
