Ranking the Top Selling Cruise Ships for 2025

We have two cruises booked currently gentlemen.

March 2026 on an 11 night Panama Canal and Southern Caribbean ABC Islands cruise on Celebrity Ascent in a Aqua Sky Suite on deck 10 and the retreat. Our first experience on a edge class ship and suite category. Our first cruise with Celebrity was back in 2023 on Equinox in a Aqua class cabin.

Our second cruise is on Explora Journeys in March of 2027 on Explora III in a Cove Residence suite ( COJ) on deck 8 for a
8 night / 9 day cruise embarking out of Bridgetown Barbados and back to Miami.

We are very excited for the premium experience on Celebrity and the luxury experience on Explora III.

I used to love celebrity cruise line will never sail with again I find it woke and people seem like snobs not down to earth like princess they think they are better

I think you should try the Diamond Princess.

I recently saw an ad for Explora and checked out their website. They go down the Amazon; that might be an interesting trip.

Just got off Explorer Journey 1 and loved it!

I was just on the Apex last month and it was fantastic. It however has the old rendition of the Sunset bar which is more spectacular on the Beyond and Ascent. I will be doing the fjords back on the Apex in the near future and am very excited about that. Celebrity has all the characteristics that I love in cruising. Last year on the Summit to Alaska was superb. Their older ships are very well maintained.

In Dec I booked an Oct 25 sailing on the Star and prices def have not dropped. I check our sailing and ones a few weeks before and after and pricing is pretty much the same. Damn near have to take a second mortgage to sail on the Icon class....hope you guys have some in-side info and the Legend does drive down pricing. I cant wait though.... only 236 days to go... Ughh

Yeah sure, so Americans, most of whom don't even have passports, book cruises to Japan, Norway and Iceland in massive numbers.
I think it would be a bit more correct to say that you get bonuses if you sell celebrity cruises.

We were on Celebrity Infinity I January and we loved it. We love smaller ships and got a fantastic deal. Would sail her again in a heartbeat!

Hi, guys. With the Silhouette and the Beyond 4 and 2, I was expecting the Xcel to be #1. We have cruises scheduled on all three this year. Was glad to see Celebrity had half of the 10 ships you mentioned. We’re hug fans of Celebrity. Great video.

Where can I find last minute deals (like unsold cruise cabins) from a specific port? Like even if the cruise leaves in 2-3 days if it’s heavily discounted I would snatch it up. Is there a way to search for these type of deals?

Great information - love your videos! We have been on three Celebrity Apex cruises in the last year but not to Norway. That is definitely on our list. Surprised Celebrity Ascent and Xcel didn’t make the cut but I think I am biased towards Celebrity!

I’ve already taken one cruise on the Silhouette this year and I have another in October. It’s a great ship.

I am surprised the Disney Treasure is not on there.

I think Europe has a bigger demand as well. Because of all the cities that are talking about cutting out cruise ships over the next few years.

The Iceland itineraries for Celebrity Silhouette sound amazing! I've only been to Reykjavik on a land tour, but the Silhouette will many more places.

Have you been on Crystal Cruise. They are fantastic and all inclusive. They are much smaller ships and can get into ports larger ships can’t

Symphony? The one that was 1 point away from failing their inspection? Staff with open sores reaching into the ice machine? And putting bloody meat wrappings all over the counter tops for cross contamination?

Surprised Symphony made the list. I travel Royal and Celebrity. Symphony was definitely the worst ship I have ever traveled on. Equipment failures in the theater and the aqua theater. Pool issues. It seemed there was a problem every day. I was especially bummed by this as it was the cruise that I took my children and grandchildren on as a family vacation. It turned my son off cruising as a vacation option.

I am surprised, but not surprised that Icon is not on this list. I think once the pricing starts dropping now that Star is coming, and Legend next year, more people will look to Icon down the road. Right now with its ticket shock price, I can see why its not on the list.

We loved sailing on both the Symphony and the Apex in 2024. We booked Symphony again for 2027. I am surprised Icon wasnt on this list.

I would go on any of those ships in a heartbeat! Do you have any plans to ever do a Queen Mary 2 transatlantic?

What this list tells me is that Carnival needs to step up their game when it comes to itineraries.

I was surprised that the Disney Treasure wasn’t on the list. We are going on the Treasure Halloween week and are very excited.

Symphony surprised me especially with that low health inspection score. 🤮. If that many people want to go on her I hope rccl does better with the cleaning.
