In my Town, there are many new migrants and they tend to walk around supermarkets wearing big coats but no trolley for the shopping. They are easily spotted by staff and followed around until they leave with very little. It is a big problem to some stores losing around £100,000 in goods a Month. Many have installed gates across the entrance to stop the trolley run outs that go on.
