Thankyou for the information but I chose to stop watching as thought some of the changes that should be made were beyond convenience or financially not possible for me so just caused me to worry.
ОтветитьShe comes across as arrogant, and a bit ignorant, at times.
Also, time flies, so she’ll be older in no time, given her repeating that she’s young and in her 30’s.
Why don’t you focus on things that ANYONE can do to improve their health?
She lost me at … RFK Jr.
ОтветитьInterviews like that create an anxiety in a lot of people that would like to get info healthy life styles for longevity. I believe that mental state is more important in physical health than a lot of environmental factors. I agree that someone has to do experamental work, however I think there are a lot of conviction in controversial statements that can be confusing to some people. Also, Kayla looks and sounds much older than she biologically is. For me it says that everything should be taking with a grain of salt, and not to fall into extremes, especially if the person has financial stake in this field.
ОтветитьFasting 🏆🎁✅
ОтветитьOver an hour long and no timestamps??? Can’t watch it unless someone can please summarize in comments!
ОтветитьADD TIME STAMPS
ОтветитьNot sure I would want to live to 150. 100 would be plenty.
ОтветитьWhere did she get her couch?!
ОтветитьLove erewhon when I visit Beverly hills
ОтветитьKayla Barnes promotes many extreme longevity practices, but the science doesn't back most of them. Longevity isn't about expensive supplements or complicated routines—it's about consistency in proven habits like a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress management, and quality sleep. Overemphasizing one factor or trendy interventions misses the point. Simple, well-researched approaches are far more effective than jumping on every new health fad."
ОтветитьAny thoughts on ewot (exercise with oxygen therapy)??
ОтветитьWhat's with the vocal fry epidemic out there in women?

ОтветитьIt’s funny that we think we can determine how long we live
ОтветитьLook this woman is only 33. No kids to my knowledge. Who thinks about death and dying at that age? The world is your oyster when you're young. Have a few kids and a few wrinkles and then come back and talk about your health routine. And who the hell wants to live to 150?
ОтветитьSome of the things are expensive. People with limited resources can only do what's affordable. If we still have medical insurance, we should be allowed to use our insurance for holistic health as this. My soap box. But I will do what I can and not stress about the rest. My mom lived til 96 my grandmother til 95 without doing any of this. Was their quality of health not the greatest ...yes. My mom made it until her 90's with half way good health. It I have the longevity gene and implement some basic changes...I may have a chance. I swear when I retire...my life will dramatically change health wise.
ОтветитьPlease let the guest speak more.
ОтветитьHere’s a thought…. Just because one might do omad, doesn’t mean they’ll be caloricly restricted. As a woman, I do omad, have for years. I’m very active: yoga, resistance training, calisthenics, and daily walks, averaging 12-14 miles a day. I don’t get an afternoon slump, I don’t have hormone problems, I build muscle easily, I have great cardiovascular health, mobility, and flexibility. N=1. Always remember that this is advice from this person’s experience. So do your own self studies safely. ✨
ОтветитьDhru looks younger than this woman and I believe he is 10 years older…. Hmm
ОтветитьThe key words in this interview were "for those who have the resources". I would like the both of you to give all your money to 😂 charity except $20,500 a year and then come back and talk about "organic " and all these therapies. I live in San Diego (America's most expensive city) so just buying any food living on Social Security and Medicare is a challenge.
ОтветитьAll that sounds great, but all those doctors aim for the rich, just like mega churches, they change an arm and a leg a blood work and appointment is always over 500 dollars, thos kind of medicine will always be for the elite, for the rest of us, exercise, mindful eating.
ОтветитьThis woman has barely any facial expression. Please excuse if this is due to illness or injury. Otherwise I rather take advice people that seem more authentic…
ОтветитьAmazing interview. Lots of food for thought. Your interviews are gold.
ОтветитьThere are many people that have real jobs. I'm 76 years old and was an hourly worker in a factory. I woke up at 2:15 am, worked 11 to 13 hours a day (and a half day 6 hrs on Saturdays)and commuted 110 miles a day. I didn't see morning light for 52 years (age 18 to 70).
ОтветитьLot's of narrative. Where's the evidence?
ОтветитьI'm watching this podcast first thing while I'm still in bed and it's not even light out.
