You start the process from the middle. How do you find a school that accepts the program you need. And if you have a diploma and need to study for degree in USA what's that's called. Because they have what's called undergraduate... what's that equivalent to in other countries

Can I apply and fill the DS-160 form and send all the required information to my friend in Nigeria for him to make payment for the visa fee in the GTBank? Also, is there no issues with the location as I am currently in Cameroon? This is because you said that we need first to select the location when applying for the DS-160 form.
