Question - do you feel like there's a big difference between platinum and not having a tier at all? I'm also getting bombarded with no/low tip garbage over here and I'm debating just cherry picking without caring about my AR. But I'm afraid of what will happen if I lose silver

Are you averaging 18mpg??? That is a major bottleneck in profits sadly. People dont realize how much gas adds up.

Gas here is $2.77 a gallon, my 04 Hyundai Elantra averages 33MPG. I drive as fuel efficient as possible ans monitor it like a hawk.

Got ride of the back seats and passenger seat, spare tire and to decrease weight for fuel efficiency.

Also only fill half a tank to lower weight as much as possible, no wiper fluid and only clean windshield at gas station.

Tire pressure recommendeds 30psi but i air to 33 for a bit better and staying below 40psi max after heating for my tires.

Im mile maxing like crazy lol; but a prius would be better lol.

I drive for FedEx Ground in Sacramento, CA, only Dash my off time... Status: Platinum; Acceptance 92%, Completion 100%, Rating 4.99%, on time or early 96%, Del, last 30 days 117, Lifetime Del. 2,806. I do what I can to have happy customers. Some of the older folks - I'm 63 - don't trust the tip on the app, so they only tip in cash, Some - few - tip on & off the app... & others don't tip at all. We know them by the place they live. Those, I count as keeping me Platinum Status. Now, in my defense, I tried so sign up for other apps, I am on a waiting list for all the others, if not declined. I was a safety trainer for the new truck divers, so safety is also on my mind, all the time. The Apps, do not care about anything, but the numbers. The companies do not car about us, as we are just a number in the computer. Thank you for your fun videos :-)

Ive found that if i dont use the "complain" button at the bottom of orders like "order still being prepared when i got there" then a worry free unassigne wont show up

bloomington indiana during the college football game no parking in the downtown area to pick up food. its insane so i try to avoid the area. i had a heck of a time trying to find parking just to deliver food to a customer in the downtown area

get a cheap catering bag and put all your food in it and no greasy bags staining your passenger seat

Ive been doing this for a couple weeks now. Doordash is just seeming less and less worth it. DD customers seem to always tip $2-$3, if they tip, making mpst DD offers like $2-$6. Uber Eats seems to really push the % tip, and it shows. Offers on stuff like McDonalds is still crap, but KFC and local fancy places tip like $10-$12 consistently for me.

I lived 1 year in cali, i took my tourist (6 months Max) and overstay, well for the time i work as doordash i make 17k dollars, when i back to my country Brazil, i didnt spend 1 real (our money), 2 years ago i use the money to start my own business, i have a Oil Store, like AUTOZONE but i only have oils and filters, here in Brazil we call (house of oil, haha) , well today my Store revenue 120k and i profit 18k (this os a huge money in Brazil), im very happy, and i Just have to thank doordash for this opportunity!

After watching so many of your videos (also bc I'm from your area and sometimes recognize places, which is cool), I decided to make a doordash order after a long time of not. I tried to do all the things that make the Dasher happy - double dash, good tip, well known close-by places (Shake Shack and Wawa). I hope it was a good order for him....but how can I know? I have a different side hustle (dog walking on Wag, so I know good "orders" are amazing!). Anyway, thanks for all your videos!

When drivers declined orders it dont look good for the driver yall drivers need to take ppls orders regardless ppl can't get out,so yall just being rude

what I don't get is how people are ordering stuff for only $2 or $3 - when I go to a McDonalds or where ever the total is always over $10. Are they ordering a free water and a straw?

you should work a full 8 hours and see what you'd end up with. this day you worked 3 hours and made $41.81. if you had worked 8 hours and the day had continued at that exact rate you'd have made 2.5X41.81= $104.52 for the day. if everyday was exactly like that you would make 104.52X260 = $27,175.20 for the year. And as you said this was a bad day, so I'd imagine you could very possibly make even more if you worked an 8 hour day 5 days a week. I think over $30,000 is possible.
