These games are horrible. No wonder viewership went down. Lebron playing like he's in his 5th season. How ironic is that? These stupid cup games has to stop. Players can't play defense when they should stay in college at least 3 years and learn the basics. shit looks like open gym.

It’s still very early in the season so anything can happen. And the haters are going to point to the competition that the Lakers have faced recently. I won’t disagree that the last few games have been against lower competition. However, the 2020 season notwithstanding, every season since then these were the kind of stretches in the schedule where the Lakers would play down to said competition and wind up going 3-4 on a 7 game stretch similar to the one that they just had (and went 6-1). The Lakers do already have wins against the Timberwolves, Suns, and Kings. So saying the Lakers 10-4 record is only a product of a weak schedule is just trolling/hating. It’s a long season and the Lakers key players are going to have to stay healthy. And the consistency of Knecht and Reaves will be an X factor to me. I like the coaches choice to bring D-Lo off the bench. Getting Rui, Hayes, and Vanderbilt back and healthy will help the team in rebounding and defense. Regardless, this team is better than I thought they would be so far. Personally, you can see the difference with Redick coaching especially compared to the teams Darvin Ham was coaching the last 2 seasons. And that’s something I didn’t see happening, at least not this soon.
