ОтветитьThank you, many many more please.
Ответитьthank you.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this from Australia!
ОтветитьLovely series, but does anyone in this office actually work.
ОтветитьI remember watching this episode as a rerun in August 1975 with my grandfather. My grandma had gone out to see a production of My Fair Lady starring a beauty pageant winner. My grandma would not have approved of the antics of Dian De Momerie!
ОтветитьExcellent, most excellent. My thanks.
ОтветитьI have watched these so many times....just love them!
ОтветитьJust wonderful
Ответитьim new to this series. maybe im missing the point, but is every in this universe weird and quirky? cause i kinda like it
ОтветитьThank you Rudolph. Great stuff!
ОтветитьThis is my favorite Wimsey book.

I'm amazed by how Iain Carmichael manages not to spill his cup of tea or glass of brandy on the arm of his chair! He must have been a dancer.
ОтветитьBrilliant! Remember them on TV the first time round. 'The Nine Tailors' was my favourite. Ian Carmichael was born to play this part.
ОтветитьI never viewed these when they first aired, now I love them! Also, the cut of Lord Peter's suits is superb!
ОтветитьWhat years were these supposed to represent? Was it the 20's or the 30's? These have the best Bunter.
ОтветитьWorking on being a copywriter myself. This movie is not very complimentary to them.
ОтветитьInteresting line about Wimsey resembling Bertie Wooster.
ОтветитьWhy the women are so screaming when they talk?
ОтветитьOne of my favourite books. A firsthand account of the advertising industry with a detective story added
ОтветитьLord Peter Wimsey is described more than once as being "lean". Ian Carmichael is not lean. He is far too full in the body and the harlequin costume makes him look more so. I'm afraid I found him most unsatisfactory in the role.
ОтветитьI am so happy to see Ian Carmichael as a young man! In the USA and just in the last two years have found old British TV available for free. So fun watching all these wonderful shows. A proper English gentleman. What a treat
ОтветитьGreat stuff
ОтветитьNever seen the Lord Peters with Ian Carmichael. They're fun! I grew up with Edward Pretherbridge in the part, so that is who I see when Lord Peter comes up. But i remember watching British telly with my mom late at night. This is just good classic t.v.
ОтветитьDoesn't 'rigor mortis set in around the sixth hour after death?
ОтветитьFunny, for so many years I thought he was Sir Ian Carmichael. Wonder why he wasn’t knighted? Is there a quota system or similar restriction?
Ответить"Mr Tallboy handles the Avon account"
ОтветитьHave read quite a few of the books.
Ответитьdziękuję
ОтветитьThe clothes of men and women are wonderful, respectable, and well made.
ОтветитьThis is a first for me - I've read many of the books years ago, so I'm lookkng forward to this (what looks to be a) grand production. Thank you for this opportunity. I'll comment after I've enjoyed it.
ОтветитьThe Five Red Herrings Radio Play flipping Wonderfull.🏴
ОтветитьIsn’t Wimsey supposed to be late 20’s early 30’s? Really bad casting but we love Ian Carmichael
ОтветитьJolly good show, old chap full of top notch actors, don't ya know!
ОтветитьLove the books, but, never had the privilege of seeing any of the movies
