i'm sorry SUVs are shite, bring back the mini van and more variations pls, not just massive odysseys and siennas
Ответитьclick the video so he can buy a r33 and send it to garage yoshida.
ОтветитьHey Dogen! After this video, I spent some time learning about this car and so far I am really loving it! I went from pondering between a Corolla and a Camry, to a Suzuki Solio😂. To my main question, I was wondering why you chose the Solio over the Solio Bandit. Did you like the exterior of the Solio more?
ОтветитьThis video was great. I'm not even interested into cars, but for some reason hearing all of the features and how reliable and nice this one is was very cool
ОтветитьSo you just bought a minivan. Sliding doors are that. Never late for soccer practice.
ОтветитьI would've bought a Honda E
ОтветитьWish they were avaliable on Europe
ОтветитьThat looks like the Bandit Solio? At work we have a Lapin, and when I first saw it I laughed! But now after driving it for a significant amount of time, I could say I’m pretty impressed with a small 600 cc engine. It barely has enough room for four people but it zips around town and the gas mileage is amazing!
There’s no way I could drive my Toyota Tundra here in Japan, especially on all the tiny roads that are in the smaller towns and villages scattered throughout the island. I would destroy that truck! I much prefer the Daihatsu hi jet farmers truck!
I’ve sat in the brute version of the solio And you’re right there is a lot of space. I’m 6 feet tall and 190, pounds with broad shoulders and I have plenty of space to move around. My wife drives a Nissan Note, But she plans to get the brute next year. While we don’t have kids, It’s great to have all of that extra cargo space when the seats folded down!
These vehicles wouldn’t be legal to drive they wouldn’t meet the overly extreme safety standards in the US. And I’m willing to bet those safety standards are only there to protect American automobile manufacturers because if these vehicles were made available in the United States it would put these other car companies out of business.
It’s such an economical and intelligent decision to buy one of these cars! They are inexpensive to operate and they are very inexpensive to purchase! Bar none for the money you can buy no better Vehicle than these so-called mini vehicles.
Nice video!
I really wish we had these in the UK. No one needs an SUV.
ОтветитьThis is the best small van I’ve seen! 😮
Was just in Tokyo and made a movie on small vans. The nboxs, palettes, tantos, etc were too small. The stepwagon, voxy, Noah, Serena, alphard, and vellfire, too big.
Saw a Toyota roomy, seemed the right size, but didn’t like the look. Did not see a Solio, or anything else in that small/medium size category.
I think it’s perfect! 😊
Besides, the freed, and roomy, what else is in this class?
This thing is awesome for $14,000! I was amazed at some of the things you mentioned
ОтветитьI'm still dreaming that someday I'll find a mint-condition 1991 Honda CRX Si waiting for me when I get there.
Don't laugh, you are too
I don't know much about cars and I don't even drive, but I absolutrly love two things in this video:
1) passion and delight with which Dogen talks about his car
2) slight polite jabs at Tesla cars
You might want to look at the renline charger mounts (specifically the one for the G01 X3). It would mount in between the trims in the angled bit on the left of the infotainment. To that you'd mount a magsafe wireless charger and that would keep the phone in reach. Thank me later.
ОтветитьMan, if this car goes for sale in our country it would most likely sell like hotcakes given that price tag and features. I personally drive a very affordable Suzuki sedan as well and I’m pretty happy with it so far, kinda the same engine specs as what you’ve got and it managed to take us to lots of places already (except that one time we got stuck in a very muddy road, amateur mistakes I know lol)
ОтветитьSuzuki solio has literally been my favorite kei car for the last 2 years!!!
ОтветитьHE SAID THE THING! doug crossover ?
ОтветитьWe are almost reaching a threshold in the world where if you drive a SUV you are psycho. Please stop the SUVs.
Ответитьin indonesia the name changed become Karimun
ОтветитьI'd buy a car like this right away if they were for sale in Europe... this is the type of car i simply need, not huge Tesla's and all that...
ОтветитьNice introduction to the Solio!
I knew nothing about it and was surprised how many features are the same as an N-Box Custom.
The unique features such as the larger space, heads up display, and front passenger under seat storage was cool to hear about.
I’ll have to consider it for my next purchase someday!
Dogen but car review, I never knew I need this😂
ОтветитьI just bought a new Delica Mini, it comes early November :D
ОтветитьJDM cars have never been the "boring". Even old small cars are really good. I personally have the Nissan Cube z10. It's old, it has a lot amount of damaged parts by rust, but still, its fun car!
ОтветитьI rented a Toyota Alphard this June when we went on holiday. It was so nice to drive but an absolute Monster
ОтветитьLoving the Doug Demuro reference
ОтветитьThis feels like a perfect car for the disabled or just plain old people and their family. Need help walking around, need a storage for a wheelchair, need some room to move around, you know. Especially how easy it is to walk from front to behind.
ОтветитьI got a ride in one of these in Kenya and as a guy that's your height I agree, it's one of the most comfortable, practical, responsive small vehicles I've been in.
ОтветитьWhy is this not sold in other countries?
ОтветитьDuring the first couple minutes of Dogen showing off the new car, I thought it was the same old car he was trying gas up as an attempt to sell it better. AND IT WOULD'VE WORKED-
Ответить😌😌😌
ОтветитьDouggen?
ОтветитьMy god, I can't get over how affordable that car is, considering all the quality-of-life features packed into it..
ОтветитьDogen-Noriyaro collab WHEN??
ОтветитьDogen… crossovers (crossover between sedans and suvs) exist… they’re pretty popular…
ОтветитьTokyo Xtreme Racer is so damn good.
ОтветитьHonestly it’s a great car if you’re not living in a large city, but with the amount of tailgating in Tokyo, I wouldn’t go with a car like that here. These things don’t hold up well during a crash.
Also anyone buying a car in Japan, make sure you get ventilated seats. Thank me later.
I kept waiting for the punchline until the wize advert... then I realized I was しょぼい
ОтветитьA Dad's Review of His Modern Japanese Dream Car
ОтветитьNow yoy gotta collab with Noryiaro to make it track worthy 🚘
ОтветитьThat form factor but as an EV, take my money!
ОтветитьStyle-wise, I don't see the difference between this and a minivan. Infact, I think a minivan looks better because it has more 'normal' proportions.
Of course, I recognise the practicality differences, and one will naturally suit one person more than the other.
Station wagon / estate?
Ответитьis that a taxi car?
Ответитьlmao doug references
Ответитьlooking forward to the next awesome car video in 12 years
Ответить
