Hey what’s up and Aloha ! Oh this is a new area I haven’t seen in AZ yet… thanks it’s giving us more options when we relocate
ОтветитьI’m in EMR, SHH it’s paradise! Stop telling people lol 😅 kidding- all are welcome. We’re going to a hiking info event tomorrow at the clubhouse. It’s a phenomenal community- we are grateful to live by the lakes. If you work from home it’s 10/10.
ОтветитьHey, you have such a great great energy love watching your videos.
ОтветитьDust off your Charlie Keating and Lincoln Savings and Loan trivia for happy hour.😎
ОтветитьI live in Estrella Mountain Ranch in the Canta Mia 55+ community. I haven't seen a scorpion or any kind of snake...yet🤞. I do have to go downtown, but usually only twice a week, rest of the week remote. And I can get there without getting on the I10. I love it out here and I really like your videos and presentation😊.
ОтветитьGreat Video girl ❤
ОтветитьAwesome presentation, very informative. Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьI love your videos. Thank you so much for all the information we will be moving to Phoenix next year probably fall so I will get in touch with you soon.
ОтветитьLived in that area for a year but now live in Gilbert. Nice area but too isolated and about 20 minutes from the highway. Now we have 2 grocery stores, restaurants, a hospital etc..within a few miles of where we live. In Estrella, we had to drive at least 3 or 4 miles just to get gas.
ОтветитьWhen you said i10 is comparable to LA & SF traffic I literally LOLd…. Phoenix traffic is a joke (In a good way) compared to those two. I lived in SF Bay Area and now I live in Estrella. Between 1pm and 7pm freeways are a parking lot in SF. 2 hours to get somewhere that should take you 40min level traffic. On weekends it’s scattered traffic all day long. I’ve experienced a bit of traffic here and there between 4-5 living here but all other traffic has been due to road work or an accident. The grid system is a godsend. Plus 303 is arguably the greatest freeway I’ve ever used. Never any traffic on that thing. The drive from south lake to I10 is 16minutes via Estrella blvd/Bullard, 30min to downtown Phoenix, maybe 45 if there is traffic. It’s typically only ever at the I17 junction so just keep to the far left lane and you’ll breeze by.
ОтветитьLived here for 3yrs. No windshields or tires lost Lol!
ОтветитьHi,
Are there any houses with a separate Casita?
I live here in the winter and the landscaping and the desert are beautiful and once in a while I have to laugh because I have run into a few snob's and I tell them this isn't what money looks like you are living in a track home cookie cutter neighborhood. 😮😮
