The Home Builder's Horror Story - It's becoming extremely difficult to find competent contractors

Licensed residential builder here in East Mississippi... I'm glad that I learned the trades that it takes to present a turn key product to a client. I never really counted on subs because I didn't like their work. I just wish that more young people had more ambitions, but I already know why the ambitions are not there.

😂I agree: I'm running a small construction company and it's hard to get good laborers or skill guys to even work even after given them more than what pay of rate is. There not paying attention to detail YOUR RIGHT. Then as a Manger of my own company I always find myself having to go back and fix and do it right.
