That’s too much work.
Oats, milk, chia seeds, Casein Protein, Yogurt, cocoa powder, peanut butter, Whip Cream
8 ingredients
I just make 60 instant oats and put 2 scoops of protein powder.
Total 450 Calories
A 635 calorie meal with that much protein will put me to sleep 😴 (so maybe I should eat it before dinner, even though eating oats at night feels weird)
Ответить❤❤😮😮 thanks for your ideas and lessons learned 🌷🌷🌷 greetings from Roermond in the Netherlands 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

ОтветитьDo we have to keep it overnight or eat right away?
ОтветитьRIP teeth
ОтветитьReally nice recipe, but just way too many calories unless you want to put on weight :/
ОтветитьHi Felu, may I ask why you prefer regular milk over for instance oat milk? Has it to do with the lactose?
ОтветитьMore carbs than protein. C'mon man! I thought you knew!
ОтветитьThis is amazing, for toppings I recommend that anyone tries cinnamon and bananas to go with the whip cream or add chocolate chips. It's so good.
ОтветитьHonig und Zimt fehlt, außerdem würde ich Eier dazu geben!
ОтветитьIs 650 calories “low calorie”? Not to me. Hopefully this isn’t in your book.
ОтветитьEveryone complaining is a loser
Show your wife this video and tell her to make it , otherwise your losing in life
Salam
You’d think that someone who raves about protein and macros wouldn’t be so small smh
ОтветитьI prefer Soy Isolate, actually. even thicker and creamier than Casein
Ответитьwhen heated does the protein powder lose it's purpose?
ОтветитьSchwarzwald Milch Protein Milch 75gramm Eiweiß kann ich nur empfehlen
ОтветитьNot the greatest macros imo unless you’re on a big bulk. I try to keep my oats as low calorie as possible as they’re already pretty calorically dense.
Ответитьyou can use light whipped cream which comes in at around 200 kcal
also i highly recommend using a milk frother. this way you can get 1.5% milk to a thick consistency. whip it under the oats and the whole thing becomes super fluffy/creamy :)
Just purchased your cookbook today! I love how simply, quick, tasty and low cal your recipes are! My goal for the year was to cook more and your recipes make that possible with my busy schedule! Thank you!
Ответить10/10 made the thickest bowl of oatmeal
ОтветитьNormal
People do not require a 54g protein breakfast
You didnt add the chia seeds in the macro slide
ОтветитьMan, your channel is what I was looking for the past 2 weeks, nice work ! Greetings from baguette land
ОтветитьFelu, what are your thoughts about the ultra processed nature of Casein and other protein powders, the addition of several chemicals and sweeteners, and that chasing protein maybe doing more harm than good?
Ответитьwould Magerquark or fat-free Joghurt (both lactose-free) work as an alternative to greek yogurt / skyr?
also, any recommendation where to get powdered peanuts in Germany?
This is awesome! Generally speaking, Is it better to use casein or whey protein powder for the recipes from this channel?
ОтветитьGetting rid of the peanut butter and oatmeal will shred the calories in half
ОтветитьKnew it was probably yogurt in there. I don't like yogurt in oatmeal, and I can't stand peanut butter because it's just too strong. Also don't like cocoa powder very much. Darn. At least I can get a somewhat high protein oatmeal with everything else you mentioned. Thanks :)
ОтветитьRealized I wasted my time the moment the protein powder was brought up
Ответить10 Gramm Kakapulver idk about that
ОтветитьCan you give us a natural drink alternative to whey protein to drink it after the training
Ответить3=================D
ОтветитьGoing to try this but wondering if it can be made in advance? Is it served warm or cold?
ОтветитьJust made this recipe now that it’s finally the weekend and I have time, tastes absolutely amazing! As someone who makes oatmeal everyday, the toasting the oats makes a big difference!
ОтветитьCan you make broccoli cheddar soup packed with protein?
ОтветитьI've made this this morning and the texture is perfect even with vegan protein powder (nu3 vanilla one which is really not that flavourful to begin with), it was so creamy and amazing. But there was barely any flavour to it so maybe it's because of the protein powder that I used? I still really enjoyed it and I would probably try it again thank you for the recipe (I also halved the recipe)
ОтветитьI made this and it was pretty amazing with really good macros aswell, felu has cooked once again
ОтветитьOk I’m gonna do it!
Ответитьbeen doing this for close to 10 years now.
Ответить[Rolled Oats +
Chocolate milk +
Chocolate Whey ]
in fridge overnight.
Taste the texture in the morning.
„Weihenstephan” also has 0,1% fat milk with same amount of protein as normal milk.
ОтветитьOatmeal give you glucose spikes .
ОтветитьI just pour hot water on oats and then mix up the protein powder, and it's so much quicker and delicious too
ОтветитьOats only use 1/6th of the proteine for building purpose.
Meat 1/3
Eggs 1/2
Not all proteines are the same
I use vanilla caseine AND chocolate bar-flavored whey which already is both peanuts and chocolate. A little bit faster; can be done overnight. ;)
ОтветитьWow, der deutsche Audiotrack hat mich überrascht :O
